I was in a pickle and needed an estimate for bat exclusion asap for escrow purposes. Even though he’s a one man show he took time out of his busy schedule to get me the estimate on such short notice and in a timely manner. I appreciate people like him, very understanding and extremely fair on his pricing.

I was provided a possible solution for getting rid of bats roosting in our patio cover at no charge. So far the suggestion has worked!

We recently had Dylan from Creature Catchers Wildlife Management out for a rodent/squirrel inspection and had a great experience. Dylan was extremely courteous, responsive, and polite while in our home. He spent several hours thoroughly reviewing every area of the house and even took the time to provide feedback on exclusion work we had recently completed through another company. What stood out most was his honesty, even though we ultimately didn’t need additional services because he said everything looked great, he still took the time to be thorough and helpful. Dylan had to remove and discourage some squirrels from nesting under the eaves of my house. He built a barrier and made it hard to access the area. So far the squirrels have not come back. His work was thorough and the price was reasonable. I recommended him to some of my friends.

Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism from Dylan. Skunk issues under the house were becoming more frequent and extremely odiferous . Dylan secured all ingress points and allowed for exits through a one-way trap. I would highly recommend.

Dylan was great at helping with a skunk that seemed to come back every winter to use my HVAC as their personal penthouse. He pinpointed the issue by doing an experiment and then did some exclusion work. Dylan was responsive and prompt to start working on the solution. Definitely recommend for any creature problems :)

Dylan's schedule was booked so went with another company to help determine and trap animals making noises in my attic. Still heard noises 5 days after first company set traps so asked Dylan to come out. He thoroughly inspected house for places rats could get in and sealed the holes and set some additional traps. Now I don't hear noises in the attic and can finally sleep at night. Highly recommend Dylan at Creature Catchers.

I tried three different pest control companies that are Rocklin/Roseville specific. All three made the home inspection and place bait boxes on opposite ends of my yard. They did go into the attic and place traps. All three then suggested I take advantage of their attic proofing service. It was Iike all three used the same playbook and pricing formula. None of the three trapped a rat. Dylan with Creature Catchers throughly inspected my house for entry points. He found several places where visual evidence showed mouse/rat activity. Dylan knows the behaviors of the rodents and what to do to curb their enthusiasm to live rent free in your attic. He explained how he would secure entry points with steel mesh that rodents cannot chew through. Dylan completed repairs took a full day in 100° heat. His total bill was significantly less than the competition and his knowledge was heads and shoulders better as well. The job was so well done I may never see Dylan again

Dylan is professional, responsive and a complete pleasure to work with. Our home had been invaded by mice and rats. After trying other options without success (pest control company, construction company, another exclusion company), I found Creature Catchers. Dylan's bid was specific and clear with respect to the work he would do and the result he'd achieve. Despite our having a few hardy mice/rats that refused to eat the bait on traps right away, Dylan returned as many times as were needed until our house was quiet and pest free. We're 10 days out from his final visit, and the house remains rodent free for the first time ever. His bid was reasonable. Should we have any further problems, I would use him again. Creature Catchers did an awesome job of deciphering what animals were in my attic and dealt with them promptly. Dylan was super responsive and i couldn’t be happier with his work. I will absolutely use him again when I have creature issues.

We contacted Dylan to help us address a mouse living in our walls. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home, attic and crawl space to determine access points or breaches along the perimeter of our home. Our home is pretty solid, so best guess is the little guy came in through an open door or perhaps the kitty brought it inside. Dylan understood that humane capture was my first line of defense and helped bait and position catch-and-release traps in our home. He left us with four traditional pre-baited mouse traps as a last resort. Throughout our initial phone call to inspection day, he communicated promptly, courteously and professionally. Tonight, we'll see if we successfully outsmarted the little guy and can relocate him to the river. Dylan is friendly, calm and knows his business. We wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

We called Dylan late in the afternoon, he was finishing up a job, and came right over. Dead animal smell lingering in our house for 10 days, Dylan went right to work and throughly checked underneath our house. After what seemed like 45 minutes he came out with a dead cat! We recently had squirrels in our attic and we called Creature Catchers to help us out. Dylan came out and did a full inspection of our home for entry points. Dylan found the entry point, enclosed it and provided a one way exit. After a few days, the squirrels were gone and Dylan came back out to permanently seal off the area. Dylan was timely, professional and friendly. I’m very satisfied with the work Dylan did and that the squirrels were evacuated unharmed. I would call him again without hesitation. Thanks again!

I'm very happy with the work that Dylan did. I had squirrels in the attic and had a couple of companies come out and give me estimates. Dylan is the only one who got on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He discovered nests that the other companies didn't find. His workmanship is very good and the prices were reasonable. I had bats in my chimney and called Creature Catchers. My experience was great. Dylan was outstanding and I would recommend this company to family and friends without reservation. As a local business with much experience, they were easy to deal with, and there was none of miscommunication, over-sell and unpredictability of dealing with a large company or corporation. They were quick to respond (the next morning), and communication was excellent in all respects, beginning with arrival times and all aspects of the plan. Dylan was highly professional, performed a thorough inspection and shared the results clearly, evaluated the problem and explained the plan and solution very clearly, discussed options and cost in very straight-forward manner, cleaned up completely and made the entire experience positive, despite the presence of bats in my house (they found them in my attic too) being mortifying. It was actually entertaining to sit with my wife on the deck after sunset for a coupt of evenings and watch the bats being unable to re-enter where they had been nesting after the bat exclusion system was set up. After three nights the bats gave up and moved on. The care and respect that Dylan had for wildlife was impressive. It was great that there was an intervention that got the bats to move out permanently without having to harm them, and left us relieved and with stories to tell.
