Last night my cat alerted me to a big black clump on my high ceiling. Turns out the black clump was a yellowjacket wasp nest. My first thought was to burn the place down. After some logic and zero sleep I got online and started searching for pest control. A few came up but I wanted the one that opened first..I called brilliant and spoke to Connor (owner) he was so helpful and stated he would come look.. he was here within AN HOUR! He was so kind, professional and thorough. I hired him right on the spot to be my quarterly pest guy. He stated normally he has a team that comes out to spray but since he knew I needed it asap he made the house call himself. I will DEFINITELY recommend this company to any and everyone looking for a pest service. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I was so sick of the big name companies coming in and doing nothing. We had a flea problem and contacted brilliant pest solutions. The owner himself walked me through the treatment and then came and did a fantastic job treating. Our problem was gone in a week. Customer service is top tier too. We moved and sadly they don’t serve our new area but I wish they did!!
