Wonderful experience with Daniel our technician. Our first appointment with Neighborly Pest Management and it was a pleasure to get acquainted with him. He was very professional and thorough. Daniel took the time to listen and investigate any vulnerable areas around our house. He cleaned webs off and treated our perimeter. He checked bait stations and reloaded as needed. We are very happy with the service we received. We look forward to working with Daniel and Neighborly Pest Management going forward. We highly recommend this company.

Brett Baker in Vacaville is outstanding. He has diligently protected our property in Vacaville for 20 years, steering the little bugs away from living with us, and also doing so with environmental protection in mind. I strongly recommend you consider using Mr. Baker. His business is merged with Neighborly, and together I'm sure they are even better.

I have waited a few months to write this review because I wanted to make sure that my review was honest based on my own personal experiences. Doug has been absolutely incredible and honestly, there’s a reason why he works with a ton of people on my street. As amazing as he is, that is not the reason for this review. Doug introduced me to these mosquito traps that I honestly rolled my eyes out the first time he told me because there has never really been any steady proven for anything that actually helps control mosquitoes. I am a Mamma 🌸 Four and me and my family live outside and We were greatly impacted when we could not use our Jacuzzi when my husband got home from work because the mosquitoes were so intolerable My son is allergic to mosquitoes so mosquito bites turned into the size of softball balls. After Doug gently nudged me to give these mosquito traps a try two of my neighbors reached out and told me how they’re able to be outside in the evenings and it completely changed their lives. So I said let’s give it a go and let me tell you it was the best decision I have ever made. We had mosquitoes in our kids rooms. They were getting bit up at night. We couldn’t go outside past like 3 o’clock so here is my evaluation. Get the mosquito traps Don’t second-guess it find a way to pay for it Because it really does give you your evenings back do it!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!

So basically I have had several issues between leaving hazardous products out in front of my house. Technicians being late to appointments, rescheduling several times I've also had no-shows on my appointments with supervisors, ridiculous and on the phone, trying to not compensate for their bad communication with their texts, their bad communication with their appointments, their technicians give their personal cell phone numbers and schedule. Appointments, and then the office will tell you that they weren't even scheduled for you for that day. When their technicians are scheduling things on the side clearly. So I'm not really exactly what's going on with this company, but they need to be investigated because it's absolutely ridiculous, not to mention the fact that technicians are trying to leave bait stations in front of my house. And I have small children, so when calling and trying to complain about these things.And obviously being upset about it.The supervisor decides, instead of trying to narrow down a time, we figured out a date, and then the time was when he decided to tell me that we can just part ways.And he can refund my money instead of actually scheduling my appointments, which I'd been waiting all month to do.And his technicians flaked never showed up all the situations, so I'll be reporting this company to the better business bureau.As well as making a review on yelp, and going on social media as because this is ridiculous

This company is by far the best there is. Not only are they professional, they are beyond knowledgeable in what they do! Their ability to put customers first and take care of your pest issues, they do so by being very polite and understanding of unique needs. They have earned our trust indeed gold 🌟

I made an inquiry over the weekend, and on Monday I had my first service. Doug is friendly and knowledgeable! He isn’t afraid to use his hands (as he killed a spider who was making its descent). He walked me through his entire process, listened to my concerns and then got to work! Looking forward to having this service.

He is extremely reliable, communicative, and always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have. I appreciate that he doesn't just treat problems...he offers thoughtful, effective solutions and explains the options clearly. His customer service is exceptional, and it's obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. I'm consistently impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to address any issues. I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for dependable and knowledgeable pest control services Nick was very thorough and super helpful

We are very disappointed with this company. We had used their services for several years however, we noticed that they say they will come but never show up. And when I would call they would say that they came earlier and I missed them. The most recent incident really made us choose another company was when I spoke with Jason, and set an appointment for May 15, on that day they never showed up and when I called, I was told that they never had us on route. To make things worse, I was trying to reschedule with them and they would just hang up the phone.

Doug has been servicing my parents house for eight years. We had an issue this week and he left the office as soon as we called to take a look. It is such a relief to know that we have someone we can trust working on our house. Highly reccomend!

We called for a free pest inspection. Robert came out and inspected around my home and in the garage. He even offered to spray an old tree stump for free to prevent termites. Awesome service and I asked him about wasp and mosquitos and he gave us information about that as well.

We have absolutely loved Neighborly Pest Control for the past 3 plus years. Doug, our technician, is the best! He listens to your concerns, offers real solutions, is flexible with schedules, and is a genuine good person. The pest control was excellent and the mosquito traps he installed were fantastic! Especially in West Roseville. We enjoy being in our yard, so it really made a difference. Moving out of state, but I would recommend Neighborly a million times over! Ask for Doug!

Robert responeded quickly to a rodent caught in a trap near our waterheater. I couldn't get a good look at the animal and, unfortunately, it turned out to be a small possum. It was near death and needed to be euuthanized. Robert always does a great job for us.

Doug is amazingly responsive, kind, and thorough. He has helped us get rid of various “critters” over the years. And while we love nature, we do prefer the fauna to say outside. We also appreciate that Doug uses the gentlest chemical options, and explains what treatment he is using and how it works. He is always willing to quickly communicate and is very knowledgeable. Recently, we were having issues with mosquitos around the house, and they were sneaking into the garage. Doug recommended a mosquito management system that has worked beautifully! We have not seen a hint of any of them since he put it in a few weeks back. Thank you, Doug!!

The mosquito abatement program is excellent. Doug is the best so if you want it done correctly ask for him. We’ve been a long time customer of Neighborly Pest and are very satisfied with our service.
