Daniel visited today for his second routine appointment and did an outstanding job removing all the spider webs around the exterior of my house, including the fences and shrubs. I highly recommend Bear’s Pest Control. Christian was knowledgeable in getting rid of insects around the exterior and interior of my property. He was respectful in removing his shoes when entering my house. He informed us of the expected activity after spraying w/ a pet safe solution. And the next day, I saw lots of dead insects: roaches, spiders, earwigs, etc. I will continue to enlist their services!

Effective and professional! Great expertise of insects and helped me understand how materials I have in my backyard contributed to their nests. I look forward to using Bear every 3 months. They are great to work with!

Alex and Ben were both very nice and helpful and the price was about average, but unfortunately I had some issues. They were difficult to get ahold of/communicate with unless I specifically messaged them on Yelp. I tried calling when the technician did not arrive during the scheduled time window and did not give any notice of late arrival, and no one answered my call. An explanation was given later but I feel like notice of a late arrival should have been given. Especially since this also happened during the second appointment. The technician also did not have the supplies already on hand during the first appointment, even though they had already come out for a quote/consultation. They took almost two hours to come back from getting supplies (had to ask what was going on), then they ended up still having to come back for a second appointment because the work could not be completed with the supplies that were bought that day. I suppose some of these things are understandable for a small business, but I feel more communication would have made this experience a lot smoother. But in the end, they successfully completed the work I asked of them. EDIT: they later reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and offered me a free pest spray as a way to rectify the situation, which I definitely appreciated.
