Alex and Ben were both very nice and helpful and the price was about average, but unfortunately I had some issues. They were difficult to get ahold of/communicate with unless I specifically messaged them on Yelp. I tried calling when the technician did not arrive during the scheduled time window and did not give any notice of late arrival, and no one answered my call. An explanation was given later but I feel like notice of a late arrival should have been given. Especially since this also happen
