Technician was very professional and answered all my questions. Company also scheduled an appointment right away which was great!

Angel was very kind and communicative. She explained the entire treatment process which really relieved my anxieties surrounding the problem. She treated my apartment while wearing reusable slippers as opposed to walking in my home with outside shoes which was also really considerate. Overall great experience!

Will was awesome! He went above and beyond just doing the job. He talked me through the process, gave me some good pest information and most importantly was pleasant and professional. He was great with the dog too. But I guess the best part was the time he took to listen while I told him my experience and why I need the service. Today was a 100% positive experience. Had bad ant problem and Angel came out and spent time analyzing the problem and found multiple “ hidden” spots where they were entering the structure and took care of it …she is the best!

Will (aka William Henderson) is THE MAN, aka The Bug Slayer, is truly the best - a wealth of knowledge, friendly, and fast. He not only gets the job done, but he seems to care just as much about making sure you understand the process, what products he’s using and what to expect. He even took the time to address concerns around the chemicals and my two toddlers who might come in contact with them. He gets it. Shout out to Cynthia in the office too. She was so patient with me and even had suggestions for long term maintenance and pest prevention. I’m extremely happy I found the Omega team!

Tyree did a great job. He was thorough, had great follow through, and was punctual and cordial.

Rodney was right on time and brought two cages as I saw two possums on my camera. He set up and showed me how they worked, then gave me his cell number to call ASAP when the trap had been sprung. He was very concerned about a night animal sitting in the trap when the sun came up. Sure enough the possum tripped the trap, I called Rodney’s cell and he came within the hour. I expect to catch the second one tonight. Thanks Rodney and Omega for this service.

I hired Omega for several items from a pest inspection report and I am really happy with how it all went. John Berggren managed the project, the timeline was clear from the start, no delays, and whenever I reached out by email or phone, they were very responsive and collaborative. If you're dealing with termites or repairs in the East Bay, I'd definitely recommend them.

I had a bad experience with another exterminator a week ago when I thought they were competent in trying to eradicate my rodent problem- Not happy with their service until I had to contact another exterminator service to fix my rodent problem. Jeff came today on time as promised and had the courtesy to call ahead of his arrival. He was very knowledgeable about my problem and helped me in trying to get rid of my rats! He is friendly and understanding and is very detailed in his inspection- the other tech I fired did not seem to understand proper procedures- Jeff spent time here trying to find areas of entry whereas the other technician was a quick “blow and go!” I’m so far satisfied with Jeff’s service- hopefully he will be able to help get rid of the rats!

I spoke with Cynthia, a very polite woman, and told her I had a wasp problem she was very helpful and let me know that her office could help. William came out and educated me that I was seeing carpenter bees. After that he treated the areas around the perimeter. William was prompt getting to my residence, actually he arrived early. He was pleasant to talk to and professional in doing his job.

I needed the house sealed against rats. They came out, inspected it and sealed it tight so the rats will stay away. The workers were on time and did good work.

Will was timely, efficient, and very helpful. We appreciate his diligence in helping us with our spray for pests!
