So helpful! While I ended up not needing them to come out for my moth issue, they answered all my questions, provided me with information, explained what I should do. No effort to sell me anything I didn't need. I would 100% call them if any other pest issue came up. Extra bonus--they picked up the phone on the first ring.

I found CrossFire through Yelp and gave them a call to investigate a possible bug situation. The phone vml was full so I sent a quick email which resulted in a return call about an hour and a half later. To my great relief, Gene came out that day and thoroughly inspected my apartment. He was professional, nice, and took his time with the inspection. Luckily he did not find any evidence but left me some bug traps just in case. Mark and his team are pretty amazing. They came out and did an inspection on a moments notice and I'm so grateful to have found them. I never used them before, saw some good reviews in yelp and I knew immediately that they were the right company to call.
