These guys are awesome. Super clear comms to schedule, then received an extremely thorough consultation. We eventually decided to go with them as other shops in the area didn't communicate as well as Attic Pros.

Finding out we had a rodent infestation for the first time was incredibly stressful, but Attic Pros made the entire process so much easier! Jeremy was very knowledgeable when help preparing the estimate and the work that needed to be done. Their team that came to perform the work—Nico Otten, Juan Rodriguez, and Antonio Lopez—were amazing from start to finish. Communication was fantastic right from the beginning. The crew was super fast, highly efficient, and left everything very clean after sanitizing our attic, crawl space, and garage. They definitely gave us total peace of mind. They were also able to finish in one day!!

Our small cottage has a very narrow attic entrance. Denis from Attic Pros was willing to try and was able to enter to clean, vacuum, and replace the old insulation. Very professional, access areas were well shielded and protected. Powerful vacuum and clean up well after themselves.

Tom Best came to our house to give us an estimate on new insulation. He was on time, very thorough and provided a detailed very reasonable estimate within an hour of his visit. What more could you want?

David from Attic Pros was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He clearly explained the extent of our rodent problem in the attic and showed us detailed photos and videos so we could fully understand the damage. He took the time to explain exactly what the rodents had caused and walked us through how the repairs would be completed. David was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to, making the entire process much less stressful. We really appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

We cannot say enough good things about Attic Pros! From start to finish, it was a great experience. We initially called for attic, crawl space and duct cleaning, as well as rodent proofing (sealing vents, etc). Samim came out and did a very thorough evaluation, showing us dozens of photos of areas that needed attention. He also recommended new insulation, which we hadn’t considered and told us our dryer vent needed repair. It took us a few weeks to schedule, during which time Samim followed up periodically, never pushy, always answering our questions and providing more info. His professionalism and knowledge was a huge reason why we chose to work with Attic Pros. On the day of the job, Osman and crew cleaned the attic and crawl space and installed new installation, while Douglas repaired the dryer vent and Kevin cleaned the ducts. They did an amazing job sealing off the work areas and keeping the house clean, despite it being very messy and grueling work! They spent about 3 hours vacuuming the attic and another half a day sweeping the crawl space by hand. Their attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. We were sooo impressed! And Samim’s recommendations were spot on - our dryer is much more efficient now and we noticed the house was cooler within hours of the new insulation being installed (it was the height of summer). We’d use and recommend them again and again!

If you don’t want regret like us, do not work with this company. What a horrible experience! We hire this company thinking it’s a bigger company that has several locations. From the get go, it was fine. Estimate was good. They are supposed to complete an attic hatch, add additional insulation and install plywood to close the insulation. Straight forward. On the day of the installation, a hatch guy showed. Install the hatch incorrectly. When you cut the joist, you should add enforcement. We fire the guy and hire our own handyman to complete the hatch. On the installation of adding insulation, it’s done by their employee. Their employee added too much insulation higher than joist. Later on, when the employee came to install the plywood, he was complaining he could not do the job because of too much insulation. He took off without resolving the issues. We escalated to their customer services. Be aware, there is NO LEAD who is checking the overall job. It’s individual who doesn’t talk to each other. No accountability. Their customer service mgr called and apologized. They said they would send a op mgr to assess and set up another day to complete the job. The so-called op mgr came, he was just a guy, not an ops mgr. Doesn’t not know what was going on until we explain to him. Ask yourself do you want to work with such company???

We had a great experience with Attic Pros Oakland during our estimate. Tom was friendly, professional, and very accommodating with our questions and schedule. He took the time to inspect both attic areas thoroughly, explain what he found, and walk us through the recommended scope in a clear, no-pressure way. We appreciated how organized and respectful he was in our home, as well as the detailed estimate that helped us understand the work being proposed. We had issues with poor insulation and were looking to upgrade the insulation. We called Attic Pros and Tom came to the house and gave an assessment that we also had a rodent problem that we never suspected. He provided a quote and was responsive to all our questions.

We wanted our attic cleaned up and replaced with new insulation with higher R-value. Tom was on-time and completed a free attic inspection and estimate. He was highly knowledgeable, professional, polite, and courteous. Pricing was on the higher end, but they are licensed, so I think that means they will use the right equipment and procedures.

Attic Pros reached out to me directly and we were able to resolve a situation from the other day. The work done in my attic was solid and very thorough, thank you for contacting me, listening to my concerns and taking my concerns seriously. We will both be monitoring any signs of activity moving forward and from all the prevention services in place, I have a feeling there will not be any signs of activity moving forward. I would highly recommend Saed, who is part of Attic Pro’s special squad and handles outstanding issues that may not have been fully resolved by the initial crew. The original team did a good job cleaning, sealing, rodent-proofing, and installing new insulation in our attic. They also performed rodent-proofing work around the roof gable and valley areas. However, some of those areas were not completely sealed, allowing squirrels to continue gaining access to our attic. Attic Pro scheduled Saed to address the issue, and he exceeded our expectations. He arrived on time, sent a text message before his arrival, and was extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, quickly identified the problem, and knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve it. Saed was meticulous in his work and went above and beyond to ensure that all potential exterior entry points were thoroughly sealed. His attention to detail and commitment to quality gave us confidence that the problem had been properly addressed. Attic Pro is fortunate to have an employee like Saed. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are a great asset to the company.

Heard scratching in the walls, and saw all our insulation in the crawl space torn up. Attic Pros were Pros! Ahmad Barekzai showed up the following day, did an assessment, gave us an estimate that same evening. Scheduled a time for the team to come to clean up our crawlspace and set out traps. Amilcar Cruz showed up right on time, was super organized. Laid down construction paper to protect our floors as they worked to clean out all the nasty, and replace our destroyed insulation. They scoped out the entry points and sealed them up, and put out traps. Over the weekend we still heard the rat moving around, so I called Attic Pros and asked them to come out and have a look, and Jose Ochoa found what he described as one of the biggest rats he'd ever seen. Photo of him holding it up like a fisherman with a prize catch. Bottom line: Attic Pros did the job, they made it as unstressful as it possibly could be, and they were timely and great to communicate with. This could have been a huge headache, and it wasn't! Thank you guys.

So we had been needing to get our attic and crawl space attended to, and was not sure of who to trust. My neighbors actually had some major work done, and I asked for info on who did their work. They recommended Attic Pros. Once we went through assessments… the team started the process. From beginning to end, with just a bit of miscommunication… the teams were awesome! I would highly recommend , and Denis, who was one of the lead guys, was so awesome in communicating with us. Denis and Walter, and the second team who came to finish with the crawl space…Jorge, Mynor and Sergio, were all great! Denis and Walter did an amazing job in the attic! Sending detailed photos of all areas, before and after! With all the removal of insulation, cleaning, installing new insulation, and sanitizing, was an incredible well done job! And with the crawl space, the second team went above and beyond! Again, with pics of before and after. All together, we are very well pleased! I would also like to thank the prep team the first day… Rudolfo and his team. As they did a wonderful job in removing and cleaning the attic to prepare for the next phase. One tip though, please make sure you have specifics, and ask questions with getting all details in place with the project manager who comes to assess. Tom from Attic Pros was quite through with his inspection and provided valuable insights in insulation work.

Had a sudden sound coming from the attic and had someone from Attic Pros come in for a free inspection. Afterwards, I got a very reasonable quote for a full cleaning, insulation and rodent proofing. Nico came on time, spent a full day (and had an adventure with some bees in our neighborhood) and was able to do such a great job on our project.

Attic Pros sanitized my attic and installed batting insulation, R-38, 16 inches wide. They were professional and got the job done quickly. They sent pictures of the completed work. I entered the pictures into ChatGPT (I'm 84 and cannot get into the attic), which said it looks like a B+ job, overall good, but expressed concern about several uncovered areas. I don't know whether ChatGPT interpreted the photos correctly, but I called Attic Pros to discuss, was told I'd get a call back -- but did not. I then sent an email with my questions and got no response. I'm disappointed in the refusal to acknowledge my concern after contacting them by phone and by email. After I posted my review, Attic Pros contacted me. As it turned out, I had sent my initial email to the wrong address and it had not been seen. After we talked, Attic Pros scheduled a visit, the technician inspected the job and added a bit more batting. I appreciate the quick response, visit and additional insulation. I raised my rating to five stars.

Asadullah, Osman, Carlos and Luis did an A+ job of cleaning and sealing the attic, and then of insulating hard-to-reach places in the attic, are very courteous and conscientious. We were fortunate to have an environmental air assessment expert to recommend them to us.

Lugerio and his crew did a great job cleaning our crawl space and Rat proofing it, so we won’t have any more unwanted guests. Thank you Attic Pros

Attic Pros team was very professional and easy to work with. Jeremy was the project manager who was very easy to work with, fair and very responsive through out the process from estimates to completion of work. The pricing are very reasonable to the market and align with the quality of the work the team delivered. The team did the attic cleaning and sanitation and then new insulation across two areas. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy and his team.

Despite the assurance of a Rodent-free attic and a 5 year-warrenty, I have been continuously experiencing rodent noises and observing droppings inside my attic since the service was conducted. These excuses contradict the purpose of the Rodent -Proof Warrenty, which is to ensure a Rodent -Free Attic. I request either a FULL Refund of the Amount Paid or a permanent and Effective Resolution of the Rodent Infestation issues. I am in No way SATISFIED with the VERY Little Work they have done And I Would Highly NOT RECOMMEND there services to Anyone.

We spend $2800 and still have mice in the wall. Every time they came out they found more access spots the guy before them missed. Even on the very last visit which they didn’t remedy. Because they weren’t going to make a profit. They did a horrible job patching the ceiling and I had to have my Handiman come and repaint it. Some of the dudes didn’t even speak English, luckily I can speak Spanish. One of the contractors was trying to do a side job for me. They also patched an area and didn’t tell me about a wasp nest. They said that it wasn’t in the contract. None of the staff talks to each other.

Atticspro removed and replaced our insulation. From the first contact with Chase as well as the crew has been so pleasant. Great communication with the utmost professionalism. Very prompt and timely. I highly recommend them for any attic jobs.

I got them for my business out here in San Carlos ca. and the first month they came quick since they had barely received payment so the first call was fast, but after that I had to call back because I had a rat infestation in my business, so they went ahead and send a guy that did not even know what he was doing and didn’t have traps for mice, in his truck. He came back with some just to put no bait in them crazy. I will be calling their owner tomorrow because that unacceptable. It’s been 2 times they have showed up and done nothing. I have we care pest control for my business in San Rafael and these guys are so much better
