Brandon and his team really came through for us. He responded quickly, diagnosed the situation right away, and his team worked incredibly hard to get the problem under control. Out of everyone we contacted, Brandon also gave us the most competitive price without sacrificing the quality of the work. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, attentive, communicative, and consistent about following up. I’m especially grateful that he was able to stop what could have become a much more serious rodent problem. Living in the Oakland Hills, rats are a real issue, so having someone who knows the area and understands these properties makes a huge difference. Brandon’s local experience definitely showed in his work, and he completely eliminated the problem for us. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced attic or rodent work.
