Everyone who I interacted with from GT Inspects (5 people total - initial inspector, the work dispatcher, and 3 repair people) was utterly kind, competent, and efficient. Service was punctual; communication was quick and thorough, report was detailed and comprehensive. I highly recommend them and will certain return in the future if the need arises.

I highly recommend hiring GT Inspects for your termite inspection needs. Super thorough every time we've worked with them, which is quite often. I'm a realtor (DRE Lic #02137003) and they are also a delight to work with.

The report is labeled- Wood destroying pests and organisms inspection report. Yet the inspector went beyond the details/scope of a pest report in the inspection. The inspector even said in the report itself that it was beyond their scope! "The conversion of the garage to useful space is beyond the scope of the inspection." So why step outside of your scope and put that in a pest inspection? The work being done was rehab due to prior tenant/roommate damage but again this is outside the scope of what the report was supposedto entail. The inspector also called out what I believe to be old remnants of pest activity from before the home was tented and fully fumigated to ensure no more pest activity. I will be looking for a second opinion to ensure that this is a new problem. The fix/remedy for this pest "activity" is of course thousands of dollars in spraying which they could provide the service for. All other items in the report appear to be valid and will be followed up on. The problem that I have with GT beyond going outside one's scope of inspection is "needed" repairs that are called out and fixed by the same company as conflict of interest could potentially be an issue. Something to be mindful of.

Got a smart sidewalk report. It had photos and the repair estimate. I strongly recommend GT Inspects.

Dan was great, a real decent guy. Extremely thorough and professional. The best part was that he was super nice and let me down easy when he gave his findings on my 100+ year old home. I would refer him to friends and family immediately if they ever require his services.
