I had a great experience with Jojo! She did my cockroach extermination, and for the past 4 weeks she has been consistently coming back to check and treat my unit. She is incredibly thoughtful, professional, and truly cares about her work. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure the job is done thoroughly. I really appreciate how reliable and detail-oriented she is, it made the whole process much less stressful. I highly recommend Jojo to anyone dealing with pest issues.

I called due to rats in my basement. The person who did the initial inspection put the wrong notes in and the order was incorrect. They sent someone to place baited traps but didn’t seal the access holes (which I was told by the initial inspector that he saw holes and would seal). So they effectively are baiting in more rats. A manager came by and noted the error so that they could fix it, but it’s been more than a day since they’ve been here and they won’t schedule someone to come fix the iss

Do NOT be fooled by all the 5 star reviews, this company is extremely unprofessional and filled with liars!!
