Im sharing this review because they have failed to respond to my request to come out and inspect and treat termites activity that we have paid for. We have the bait system around our home and when I called to let them know of termite activity, they will not even return a call or schedule a technician to come. I have used this company for a few months now and they are horrible. I have a year long warranty through them and I would be better off paying all that money again for a different company. They have moved my appointment around more than 5 times. Without even telling me. So I move my work schedule around to accommodate and they never show up.
