I was skeptical of pest control before and I was out of my comfort zone subscribing to one but I will say I am impressed and very pleased by the service provided. Whether it was the resilient ants, spiders, roaches under the shed, cobwebs, or other annoying flying bugs, they're all gone. Every tech has been professional, respectful and courteous. Thank you guys so much!

Chris done a professional job,communicated to me of what kind of work was done and why.
Today my technician was Brandon and he was absolutely wonderful! He knocked on the front door to let me know he was going to be on the property and if we had any issues. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Brandon was very friendly and helpful with our service today! I'd definitely recommend them!

STAY AWAY FROM GREENWAY Greenway does not care about customers, only money. My very first interaction was intrusive and disruptive while I was moving into my first home, completely derailing what should have been a positive experience. I’ve repeatedly tried to cancel but was deterred by a $270 cancellation fee. I was explicitly told that giving 30 days’ notice by a specific date would waive the fee, which I did, via email, because no one answers the phone. Reaching anyone at this company is nearly impossible. It’s been weeks of unanswered calls and emails with no response. The one time they actually answered the phone, I was told an “account rep” would call me back but they haven’t yet. Another time they called me after I emailed, it was minutes before they closed for the weekend and I was unavailable. I’ve followed their instructions and timelines, yet Greenway continues to delay and make cancellation unnecessarily difficult. This should have been handled immediately instead of being dragged out for weeks. If this review doesn’t result in my account being canceled promptly, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
The service is not worth the headache. I changed to greenway from another pest provider based on the promise of a superior service and customer service. The change also came with a significant cost increase that I was hoping would be worthwhile. What I actually got made me wish I could have cancelled well before the 1 year mark. The positives are that I didn’t have bug issues. Ive never had a real bug problem so maybe not a good judge for effectively. The cons - the price and particularly my frustrations trying to cancel my service at the time of my contract expiration. I called a few months ago to give my “30 day verbal notice of cancellation” per the agreement, where I was told I could only give verbal notice on the day of my contract expiration (12/17). I tried to explain that giving verbal notice on the day they would terminate the account is not a 30 day notice but they would not accept that reasoning. The fact they also wouldn’t just accept my more than 30 day verbal notice to cancel is also a sleezy way of doing business, I guess to try to charge people into an additional month. They did let me call ONE DAY early 12/16 to give notice to close my account the next day. What wasn’t communicated was that they would be canceling the final servicing appointment which was scheduled for the final day of my contract. When I called they said they would not complete a final service unless I payed for another month, citing the voicemail that they left this morning that they would be closing my account today (which I knew and wanted to happened). There was no communication that the appt was canceled. I only found that out when I called to ask why they didn’t perform the final service. The missed final service is open to interpretation of the contact and poor communication. Regardless the battles I had to go through to cancel the service was unnecessary and a frustrating way to end my time working with this company

The technicians are amazing and professional. The customer service and the company itself is by far the worst customer service ever. I wish we never had a contract with them I fully regret ! I wish they didn’t showed up to my door ! I will fight for a refund !

I informed the account manager that I was no longer residing at my address. They did not do me the courtesy of cancelling my contract early by ONE month... rather, they charged me for the following month $98 PLUS an early termination fee of $279. The WORST customer service! Absolutely rude and not accommodating. Go to Bulwark - this place is awful. "Hi Amber, thank you for your feedback. Our records show that we made several attempts to follow up and review options with you in June. We appreciate you getting back in touch with us to settle your account. We wish you the best of luck" YEP I am referring to the correspondence that I had in June when I made my payment and had ONE payment to go until contract ended and your associate charged me $300 extra. What. The. Actual? Best of luck to YOU with your rude customer service. That will get you no where no matter how many bugs you kill.

Honestly their customer service is lacking. The actual service is good HOWEVER their salesman LIED when it was stated that there would be no cancellation fee when you move out of a service area or the state. When contacted to cancel service they said there was a fee I never received the said paperwork that was stipulated by their sales agent and upon further inspection of the paperwork they did have it is not my signature nor my correct name on it. Their ethics are horrible and not honorable the woman Bryanna said there was no one above her to speak to which I know is a lie there could have been something done but there wasn’t. Very poor business and consumer service consumer be aware of how they promise the world and trap you in an 18 month contract!

If I could give zero stars I certainly would!! I was conned into a 2 year contract. Where they took money every month but didn’t see anyone come out since January! We requested more than one time to end service when the contract was over.my contract ended in July and they just took monthly payment again!! I called and spoke to Cassandra, who was so rude and condescending. And she said she was a supervisor. I have been in customer service for my whole life and this company is complete trash!! They do not come and service but they will take your money guaranteed!! I would never ever recommend them… from the pushy door to door sales to the techs not showing up to them taking money after the contract is over are just a few things to watch out for with greenway pest control!

7 months, no decrease in pest activity. It took months to receive exclusion services. I was continually told someone would call and no one did. When I called the office I was told they don't provide exclusion services. Finally they came, charged over $2k (covered only 4 locations in mesh) and didn't even bother attempting to seal the accesses to the crawl spaces. Once they did come back and install, it was quickly torn apart by rodents. When I inspected the whole house with a manager we found many more locations that needed to be foamed, covered in metal or otherwise sealed. They either didn't know what they should be looking for or were trying to pull a scam. At this point they said they were unable to complete the services. The monthly pest control consisted of them setting snap traps once, then me having to reset them again and again. A technician even wanted me to save the traps for them. The technicians usually forget to make follow ups then it takes weeks for someone to come if you call the office. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I looked into your account, you were never charged over $2 for any services that we did provide. e sent techs out very 3-5 days almost every single week. We really did try the best to provide a solutions but it didn't work out. Our pest control is not a monthly service, it is bi-monthly or quarterly. All those monthly visits were us coming back doing follow ups trying to get the situation under control. e wish you well in your future attempts to get the issue under control.
Sales Rep Kaiden with Greenway knocked on my door with a clear "no soliciting" sign right next to it less than 2 feet away. He was facing the sign and leaning on my house when I opened the door. I have a recording of the interaction. He confirmed with me he knows how to read. He claims not to have seen a sign less than 2 feet from the door he knocked on and held back laughter when I pointed it out. Be wary of this company. They don't respect your property or your time.

Was charged the 250 for the initial spraying for pest, and now pay the monthly subscription but I will be canceling. First spray took place and two weeks later still was seeing large spiders, crickets, silverfish etc. I called had them come out and spray again I was told they could come out and spray “any time” the technician said the soonest one could come out and spray would be almost a month later which would be around the next time the monthly service would come up. I ask why so far out? I have a 6 month old baby and these aren’t the friendliest of critters running around the house. She said welll there is a technician in the area now. The technician was asked “if” they could come out and spray not told to come out. They luckily agreed being just 10 minutes away and had no other clients for the day. The young technicians sprays and is very polite with the service but towards the end says try to wait two weeks and call back about any bugs being seen. Here it is a week later and I am seeing spiders in my house the size of a silver dollar, camel spiders amongst other bugs. I am looking into other services. Will be canceling.

I signed up with Greenway Pest Company to save money from using Bill's Pest Company. Greenway serviced my property 3 months ago and defaced my property with an anti-fly spray of some sort, see large X on the exterior wall of my front porch. I figured the marking would go away by Greenway's next appointment at my house, 3 months later. On November 1st 2023 the mark, X, did not go away. After the November 1st treatment was complete, I saw the second defacement of my property by the company. I noticed a big circle of spray on the exterior wall next to my garage door. I was furious since the house looks like it was vandalized. I called Allen Steiner from the company, who was the gentleman who had set up my 2-year service contract originally and advised him of this matter. I further advised him that I needed this problem rectified ASAP as my house has been defaced twice by his company to which Allen stated to me that the spray should not have been put on my house where it was put. He showed concern on our phone call. I further advised him that I have family & friends coming to my home for various holiday reasons and I need this problem corrected. Allen then asked me on the phone what time I could receive a call from his service manager. He said the manager would call me the next day to which I stated I would be working; therefore, I wanted to speak to the manager today. Allen then advised me that someone from the company would be calling me within 10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and ultimately received no calls from anyone from Greenway Pest Company.
