Received a quote for a very simple exterior pack rat trapping service (not roof rats, no attic access, no interior work). The pricing came in at nearly 4x higher than multiple other licensed competitors in the area. I understand businesses have different pricing models, but this wasn’t a complex job../just straightforward exterior trapping. The quote felt completely disconnected from the scope of work. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes and do not understand how this company has achieved such a high Google rating.

I have a complex pest situation in my home. I decided to give Bill’s Pest and Termite a try mostly due to their advertising. Bobby decided to squeeze me in early at about 11:00 for my 2-4 PM appointment. He stayed about 15 minutes total. He kind of listened to my storyline including the details of what had happened but interrupted me at least three times and asked “what am I here for?” When I showed him the bedroom he was unimpressed and deemed the parasite to be salt. He told me he would take the specimen back to the office to be looked at by specialists for further investigation; however that was not true. He left the specimen on my table when he exited my house and rushed off to his next appointment while I was looking for additional specimens to give him. I explained to him that I had had a rat in the laundry room. He didn't look there. I explained the rat was in the attic and he didn’t look there either. I explained to him that there were tropical rat mites coming out of my ventilation system. He did not check. I explained to him that the mites were in pretty much every room in my house including my car but he didn't look anywhere else. I did not receive a thorough inspection. Additionally, I divulged I have central sensitization which puts me into the category of vulnerable adults not adults who see imaginary bugs. It was the most unfair, worthless inspection I can remember ever having in my life. In fact it was offensive. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I cannot fathom how they have decent ratings.

Terrible service. Strongly recommended going to another company. (Update: If you want your house to be infested with pests, then Bill's is the way to go. Avoid Bill's at all costs. The owner is a rude person when you cancel your service. I truly hope your company goes under.)

Not happy. This company have treated my house 5 times. My issue is that when the technician arrives, the first thing he says is that he doesnt have much time and will need to come back another time. Thanks God I found another company who will be on sight next week and will treat the house by standard. After pulling up the data online of previous treatments by Bill’s crew, expert opinion is they never executed the treatment right! Im just happy I found a more reliable vendor who actually has the time it takes.
Terrible company. Don't use! Gave us a $1,275 price to treat termites when we don't have termites! I asked Phoenix Pest to check our home as we have had many years of good service with Phoenix Pest at our old home and they found NO TERMITES!! USE PHOENIX PEST, NOT BILLS!!

Because the area had already been cleaned, there wasn’t enough evidence to confirm whether it was related to termite activity. He then completed a thorough inspection of the accessible areas inside and outside and did not find evidence of active termites at that time.<br><br>As a courtesy—and to give you clear pricing should activity be confirmed later or if you wanted a preventative service—he left a quote. . Didnt call prior to arrival. Said he was going under house and never returned. I wasn't able to show the signs I thought were indicative of termites. And no recommendations given apon leaving as he juat bounced. Can we try again? Or should I go elsewhere?
Biggest joke of a company out there. Waited a couple of weeks before posting. But when you ask for your deceased employees vehicle back the next day after he passed away I would say that is pretty heartless. And to top it off you have a celebration of life for him without inviting his wife or kids. Don’t worry though Bills treat you like family what a understatement.

One of their drivers, bald man, HIT MY CAR. Clearly had road rage, hit me from behind, and then drove off before the cops arrived. I called the company to report this and they did NOT CARE. They denied it was them. I have photos, including license plate and the car vehicle id number. The lady I spoke to was not helpful and said they’re not responsible. Very irresponsible & unprofessional. -Update to response, your phone number is listed on his truck.
In September 2016, I noticed a mud tube in one of my rooms when I was pulling out the carpet. I had termites! I called around and and got some information on termite control companies, and I decided to go with Bill's Pest Control because they had some excellent reviews. They sent someone for the first time who did an inspection. Then they sent another person a few weeks later to do the treatment. When my house was treated I was expecting everything to be okay.... because of all the good reviews. I expected that they knew what they were doing. BUT in January 2017: I noticed a mud tube about in coming down in my living room. I called them immediately and they sent someone out for another treatment. September 2017: Another mudtube appeared! I called them and they came and they treat it and I renewed termite contract with them!! June 2018: I again noticed another mud tube in the living room. I had not paid attention to it and it had grown almost 6 in Long until one day I looked up and and saw it! Needless to say, I was quite upset because obviously the treatment was not complete enough and it did not kill all the termites..... and they came back! So I called them again and they came back and they treated it. September 2018: renewed termite contract again for the following year!! They supposedly checked again for any activity! But in my opinion they did not check properly they just looked!! June 2019: I painted my kitchen and I noticed mud tube coming down my kitchen cabinet!! Of course I called them again immediately and they sent someone to come and check out the tube!! the inspector tapped on the wood and it just broke apart!! I was Furious!! What kind of treatment is that that when you on a contract to get rid of pests and they continue to infest your house! it's one thing when it's mud tubes but it's another thing when it starts to damage your furniture!! And all these years of treatment and inspections did not prevent it!! September 2019: I renewed my contract...... an inspector came to make an inspection..... OCTOBER 2019: I noticed another mud tube down to cabinets!! called again! Tech came and did a treatment again! More damage to the wood!! DECEMBER 2019: I called them back to make a follow up inspection. The tech said that there was no activity!! I hope that he is correct!! As it stands now I am going to have to put in new cabinets!! Grantor these cabinets were old, but they were quaint!! Now parts of it is all chewed up and cracked!! I am very disappointed with this company!! I think that they did me a disservice by the incomplete treatment they provided for my home! Perhaps they did not treat my home with the correct treatment..... Thus, they are getting a 1 star review from me!! I personally did not get good service from them and they DID NOT eliminate my termite problem, before it did noticeably damage to my home!! Reply to Bill comment: Rhat house may be 70 years old but it has NOT had a history of termites! I bought that house in 2003! It got a clean termite inspection!! Never had any issues until 2016!! Old wood is usually much better than new wood!!

Your lack of understanding and refusal to listen to seasoned experts continues to fuel your hate. Hate is toxic and we hope you can move on from this self-induced bitterness. Fortunately, in the last three decades, we have only had to deal with a few customers (such as you) that know better than the experts with years of experience. From our experience, it's best to cut ties and let you move on to another exterminator. Hopefully, you find one that can tolerate your rude, disrespectful, and demanding behavior. We have over 5000 5-Star Reviews and 111,000 happy customers. Many have been with us for over 25 years. So, is the problem us or you? As we have continued to tell you a +70-year-old home that has had a long history of termites is going to have damage. Having us service your home 3 years ago will not magically fix 70 year’s worth of pre-existing damage. You were provided with a termite service agreement and we responded to every call for service. We even followed up those services to ensure the termites did not come back to those areas and inspected yearly. Doing what we promised and more is worthy of a 1 Star review? I suspect that you have an expectation that one treatment should get rid of termites and keep them from coming back. Given the nature of Arizona termites there is no such thing nor is there an exterminator that can fulfill that expectation. What would be the sense in inspecting yearly and renewing a service agreement if there was a one treatment fix? I will refund your pro-rated renewal fee so that you can put that money towards finding a new termite exterminator. We wish you well.
