If I could give this company zero stars I would. I would never ever hire these people. They are unreliable when there’s a problem you have to spend hours on the phone on hold waiting to speak to a representative. I hired them to Spray the interior and exterior of my home and set snap traps inside of my home along with putting mesh in the exhaust pipes on my roof. The Sales person Bernard told me and my husband that it would cost $520 For the services. The technician that came out to spray the interior and exterior of the house was on time on Wednesday. The person that was supposed to come and do the remaining job showed up on Thursday, late, didn’t bother to knock on our door and went on our roof because we heard footstep. When he was finished with setting up the mesh he left without setting the traps. We immediately called budget Brothers to have him come back again he said he would come back but he never returned despite us sitting there waiting for his return until 5 pm. We then rescheduled the appointment for Thursday between 12 and 2:00 pm. At 2:30 We called to find out where the technician was. We were told he would be there between 230 to 330. Needless to say he never showed up. AGAIN we set up for him to come back on Friday he was supposed to come back on Friday between 12 and 2 and GUESS WHAT? ANOTHER NO SHOW. THREE DAYS WASTED along with numerous hours spent with these incompetent people in the office. ON Monday a nice gentleman by the name of Brett came to our home and finished the job. To add insult to injury. I received a charge on my credit card for $863.95!!! I called the sales person Bernard. When I finally was able to speak to Bernard he gave me the runaround first of all he doesn’t answer his phone. You have to call at least three or four times before he returns a phone call then he told me he could reimburse me $119 and I told him that is not acceptable then he said he would call back after he spoke to a supervisor and I believe his name is Stuart. I never received a return phone call and that was on August 10, 2026. Today is August 13, 2026. I contacted this organization again. I had to wait at least 20 minutes before somebody answer the phone. I spoke to a woman named Marina. She took all of my information down and I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and she told me she will pass my information on to a supervisor. I then asked for the supervisor‘s name and she told me they were several and I said that’s fine. I just wanna know who will be calling me. She flat out refused and told me they cannot give out names of supervisors. I’ve never heard anything more ridiculous in my life. I’m sorry I wasted my time and effort on a stupid company. Don’t use them. And what am I doing again about this flim flam company, taking more time to post this. The only saving grace is their technician by the name Brett. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL.

I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday and the only window they gave me was from 8 AM to 1 PM, so I rescheduled another appointment I had to accommodate them. Nobody ever showed up and nobody ever called and when I called to ask why, the person that answered the phone was less than helpful and seemed like they just didn’t care. I’m glad I sat around for five hours on a Saturday waiting for somebody who had no intentions of showing up. Honestly I’d give zero stars if I could. What a joke.

This is a scam. They sent me an invoice for a bill and I’ve never worked with this company. I’m also on the national DDC list so this is a violation on top of fraud. Responding to your comment below: I contacted the BBB since I’m on the national DNC you shouldn’t be contacting me. It is a phishing email. The provider I used was not acquired by your company and it’s a phishing email. So my point is this is a scam. Hi - I’m not changing the review and put me on your DNC list. I haven’t done business with you and I’m already on the DNC. Stop contacting me telling me I owe you money when I’ve never hired your company.

This company is a scam. They call me 24/7 either asking for money for a bill or tell me my warranty is expired. I’ve never used them. I’m not a customer. I’ve never even reached out to this company. Do not use they are scam

Your termite warranty transferred to us through that acquisition. Your termite warranty expired in April of this year and we have been sending you our routine notifications so that you can renew it before we permanently cancel it.
