Ant and wasp extermination. Scheduler was courteous and somewhat flexible. Got us scheduled within 3 days. We opted for a year’s subscription at about $50 monthly since they guarantee to return regularly every 2 months or sooner—as often as necessary—until our pest problems are eliminated. We have taken care of pests ourselves previously so have not had the expense, but Urban’s prices seem in line with most of the prices we saw advertised. Michael G, the pest controller, arrived on time and listened carefully to our needs. He explained the process and timelines re ants and wasps—very thorough and professional. We feel like he knows his stuff.
