If i could give zero stars I would. This company came out to treat termites TODAY on the balcony storage closet. And i walk to look and all the termite tubes are still hanging up there, they did not treat it, but left a note on the kitchen counter saying they treated for the termites. Unbelievable

I live at OLIVE TREE apartments and I could say this company has got rid of roaches and have fantastic customer service I put in a request through my apartment complex every time they come they do everything correctly the right way Nothing is being half done highly recommend I have seen no roaches no bugs no ants no spiders. I haven’t had Smart Pest at my community for a couple years. We just recently went through a management change and they brought on Smart Pest. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the service they provide. I notice a HUGE difference in my community already and my residents are so happy. Chris B is the technician assigned to my property. Had a small cockroach problem. Put in a request through my apartment company. A guy named Chris showed up, said he goes by the nickname "Boston". He was fantastic. Did a thorough job and talked hockey with me for a bit because I had a game on. I'm definitely going to request him from now on.

One of your drivers tried to run me off of the road and was terrible use of lanes no blinkers or any driving skills whatsoever terrible. I would be embarrassed to have my employees acting like that in a company vehicle

Your driver in truck #151 speeding through a school zone this morning on Guadalupe. The posted speed limit with bright blinking lights is 35. Your driver was blowing past me going 45-50. Drivers represent the companies when in company vehicles. Do better. I also have dash cams to show this.

When I tell you that this company is TOP NOTCH, that is not saying enough! I have been dealing with cockroaches for at least going on 2 years and have wasted so much money with another pest control company which was treating my apartment monthly with no results. They KNEW or should have known that the units surrounding me were untreated and the unit directly beneath me was ground zero for the infestation, yet, they continued taking my money each month with the problem getting no better. ENTER SMART PEST SOLUTIONS! The first day that they were contracted to treat my unit, I knew I would see results because they required me to do a lot in preparation for the treatment for best results. I immedately saw results and they took the extra measure of making sure the units around me were treated as well. The technician's follow ups are timely and they have worked diligently to eliminate this problem...and they have! I cannot adequately express the joy I feel not walking into my kitchen and bathroom and not spending the first 5 mins killing roaches! I understand that this requires monthly maintenance for several reasons, but I feel so so so good knowing that these guys are on the scene. AND THE TECHNICIAN IS SUCH A NICE GUY ON TOP OF THAT! Seriously, I recommend this company for anyone dealing with pests and everyone I know how great I think they are. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Came to do a spray and fog my apartment for roaches. Had to clear everything out of my kitchen and bathroom including my cabinets . They came and were very fast. The only thing I’d say is that they made a mess. I came home to a drawer on the floor, a picture and my calendar thrown on the floor as well.

Shout out to Chris B! I was having an issue with my community with bees in a certain apartment. I had another company come out multiple times not being able to locate anything. He comes out and locates the bee hives immediately. Thank you so much!

Do not use these guys. We were supposed to have our unit treated at the capri bt the technician never came I moved all my stuff out the cabinets n bathrooms n closets just to have no one ever show up. Then when I call capri to see wassup, the technician said he already came by here and treated it. The technician lied to the apartments and basically made me watse my time moving my items. I have 3 kids and can't have my stuff piled up everywhere just so I can wait how ever long the technician feels to get up here. Just be careful with these guys, ik they been seeing for more then 15 years bt their service clearly gone down hill.

The specialist assigned to spray my unit left a note reading “basted unit. - sorry didn’t see food bowl - -tried to clean up for you”. The specialist did not write a date for when it occurred, the note was left behind the food bowl, no one at the office notified me of when the specialist had visited, and I had requested that they schedule a time with me so that I knew when they would arrive. The top of the note reads “taking pest-control way too seriously!” Does that include spraying a house pet’s food bowl??? Was is the note left in the corner behind a bowl for the animals? Because I don’t know when it was ever left there.

Derek was super helpful and patience when I was getting the correct keys for him ! Highly recommend!

Brandon has been SUPER helpful! he always comes in with a smile and has no problem looking for critters and showing where issues could pop up. i would recommend highly!

have had multiple "sprays" in the span of a month and a half in our apartment for roaches and the issue has progressively gotten worse. a tech named "judd" or "jedd" came into our unit and didnt even complete the spray! only sprayed the patio and the bathroom when the kitchen was the issue. other tech did an "inspection" and said he saw activity then proceeded to lie on the sheets given to the complex while also laughing in my face downplaying our issue. 3 entire visits from this company and all of them lied to the complex. luckily my complex believed us as tenants as we had pictures. also one of our first interior sprays, we came home to our guinea pig being dead. perfectly healthy pet but techs have no common sense to realize if theres an animal, to not spray by them. i will say our last treatment done at least they laid out traps but the traps are not even where the issues i stated are. if i had a choice in using this company, i would never choose them!! youre almost better paying out of your own pocket for a different company if your complex provides this company.

My previous apartment complex used this company. I had to go out of my way to stay home to remove my cat from the apartment while they sprayed. No big deal, just tedious. Would be worth it if they actually sprayed the apartment! I had cameras up, and looked back at the footage the the guy didn’t spray a thing. He just stood there for a few minutes and then signed a sheet saying he treated the unit. I didn’t care much because I didn’t pay for it, but if you actually have a pest problem I can’t imagine they’d be much help

Reviews are right, bedbugs are still here. I moved all my furniture and completely cleared out my apartment for bedbugs, tech lied to my apartment manager and said we brought more furniture in which was an absolute lie because we threw it all away! We don’t even have a couch or chairs, our apartment was practically bare. Bookshelves and bed frames were prepped and empty, and moved to the center of the room. We come home and everything is moved. I called to ask questions and was told to speak to the apartment management but they say to call you guys with my questions! Not professional at all. No approximate time when they’ll arrive, but a day. What a joke company.

Very professional, pleasant, and just a great guy to be around. Makana is the best tech I've been able to work with through the years at different properties. The feed back and details about units and activity is so valuable. My property was built in 1970 and with this company and tech I am confident to rent and know they will be happy!

Technician Erasmo presented himself in a professional manner. He showed compassion and empathy to what I was dealing with. He took the time to listen and applied his expertise, knowledge, and experience and got the job done. Unfortunately, when you live in an apartment complex, you don't know who your neighbors are and if they are clean or not. One of my neighbors wasn't and brought roaches to the entire building. smh! Never experienced that before. The last time he came by, he asked the question, "Do you have good news for me or bad news? " I said good news!!! We both high five each other.
