Michael's service was truly outstanding. He reached out with a 30-minute heads-up before his visit. Regrettably, I was tied up in a meeting and couldn't return his call promptly. Despite his attempt to reach me and even ringing the doorbell before departing, our paths didn't cross. To address this, I contacted Rove Pest Control to inquire about rescheduling Michael's visit for the garage. Within a mere 10 minutes, they got back to me, informing me that Michael was heading back my way and could tend to the garage. Upon his return, everything went off without a hitch. His demeanor was exceptionally courteous, his manners impeccable, and the overall experience was superb. Having previously dealt with another pest control company that transferred their operations to Rove Pest Control, I initially had some reservations. However, those concerns have been entirely quelled. This marks their third visit, and every single time they've been here, they've delivered exceptional results. Very satisfied customer. Lillian

Michael Thomas is THE best service technician we've had from Rove. I breathe easy when I know he's coming. He's so knowledgeable about his work and about our home. He's reactive to our concerns, documents well, and instructs us on how to maintain the work he puts in each visit. He's approachable and patient with our children who want to ask him questions and see him work. He's friendly and kind. We look forward to him coming to our home and he's the reason we stay with Rove. Update 8/23: Yes, he's still amazing. Update 9/25/25: Still AMAZING!!!!

I have lived in my house for 27 years and recently I developed a bug problem. I have literally been freaking out about it as I have very bad reactions to chemicals and did not want the inside of my house sprayed. My technician came out and my husband explained the issues and our technician assured us that I shouldn’t have any reactions. He said “you won’t even know I was here”. And I didn’t. Also this was a between service and they did not charge me for the extra service. That’s what you call great customer service. Thank you!!
