My original rating would have been 1 or 2 stars because the person who originally came out to remove the birds and put up a screen was not done fully and professionally as it should have been done …HOWEVER, Jon came out to look at the job and is going to take of the whole thing. So for that I’m giving 5 stars in anticipation of Jon doing a great job. After he actually comes out and redoes the job, I will rate that then. Hopefully, this will remain at 5 stars. Thank you for coming out and your honesty of how the original job was done by your person and telling me how you will rectify it.

I had a bird issue on my roof. I Called up for an estimate. Showed up on time and was very nice to work with. Answered my questions and was friendly. They are honest and fair unlike others who just give a blind quotes of how much they want. They walked me through their process and examined my house thoroughly for the best way to proceed.
