We had an issue with crickets and they were making all kinds of noise at night and driving me insane. I’ve used Insectek in the past and they’re absolutely wonderful. Anthony was my technician and he went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had about the chemicals used to treat our home. We have a young kiddo in the house and I was very paranoid about spraying any kind of substance in our home. Anthonytook extra time to describe in detail the product used and process to protect our home from bugs. I would highly recommend this company.

Kole is great to work with. He’s always kind, professional, and thorough. He pays close attention to detail, gets every spider web, and really takes pride in his work. James did an excellent job on my home….totally impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail and the care he took working around my house. Matthew was great with communication on when he would arrive; which was incredibly thoughtful! He was very cautious in my home and absolutely respectful. Not only the phenominal service was appreciated but the knowledge and information he gave every step of the way. He explained what he was doing, why and what the outcomes would be - also giving a realistic time frame. This kind of incredible and thorough service is unheard of these days. Aubrey was awesome. She was the first person from this company to locate all the bait traps and replaced all bait traps that needed to get changed out! I will ask to have her return next time we need an inspection because other service people from this company never did that and were maybe here 10-15 minutes. She had me walk around with her so I knew where all traps were located. It takes a woman to do a man’s job!

Chris, my Insectek technician, came by today and thoroughly inspected the outside and inside of my house for any signs of termites. I recalled then that he was the one who took care of my termites issue two years ago. I definitely recommend Chris and his company if you are in need of any pest control.

I can’t say enough good things about Insectek. In my experience, they are the gold standard when it comes to being on time and professional. None of that 12pm to 5pm “service window” that we all dislike. They provide you with a service time and actually show up at the exact time of your appointment. They also call if they are going to be early to see if that works for you. The technicians are always polite, efficient, and will take care of any pest issues. We have been customers for years and recommend them to our friends often. I wish more companies would follow their lead. Great company and great service. We recently had a termite treatment done and it went very smoothly. Aubrey was professional, on time, and easy to work with. You can’t go wrong with these folks, at least that has been our experience.

I have been with Insectek for probably at least 5 years now and they are really great! I have a scorpion problem every year especially in the summer. They are very professional but warm and easy to talk to they always listen. Chris is the tech that I usually get and he’s wonderful super experienced and knowledgeable! He always listens and does a super job for my trying to keep these critters away I REALLY APPRECIATE HIM!! I also very much appreciate Jennifer in the office she always listens and takes care of scheduling shes really great as well. I recommend this company wouldn’t use anyone else!! Thanks Insectek

Chris did a fabulous job, he was courteous and extremely well informed. Very friendly, helpful and upbeat. Did a top to bottom treatment inside and outside, liquid for spiders and crawling pests, even advised treated heavily exterior for those nasty mosquitos, gnats and even showed me problem areas which was very helpful. Service went very well and I am glad I have yall as my PC service for my home.

Very happy with Insektek and their techs. They always communicate before their arrival and ask if we have any specific pest needs that require extra attention. I love that they do de-webbing around our doors and windows. Great price for regular monthly service.

Aubrey notified me 30 mins before arriving, which I appreciated, and was very personable and pleasant to work with. She was willing to spray wherever I requested and was very forthcoming about extra costs for services I inquired about. I’m looking forward to working with her on a regular basis.

Pest service until I could not contact anyone. Tried to contact the tech that treated my home and exterior. I left messages over many weeks. No one answers phone. No one returns calls. Very disappointed with their lack of response. I would not recommend.

Absolutely did 10% at the most of my home Actually watched I have a ring system to see Absolute rip off acting like they provide service But did very little to spry exterior of my home I don't know how many months they have cheated me but stops right now today I would never use again!!

Im not a work at home person, but if I was, I wouldn't want to let my work be shown to whoever comes. Lieala should not be open and discuss her accounts with people outside of your company. I'm pretty sure these people have confidentiality rights on their accounts. As well as their personal info being upfront and out there. I wish Google would upload my images and video of confidentiality breaching
Great job overall in service, expectations, value, education and treatment. Only improvement would be the scheduling communication between booking and the time of day. Otherwise would use again! Appreciate the work they did.

They are great and provide an organic pest solution, which I use over the standard solution. It seems to work but wears off after a month or two. The only negative is the recurring service date or notification of when they come out for the recurring service. It's not the same date/time every x months, and they let you know the day/time the day before, which isn't much of a heads-up for planning.

***update*** As of an hour later, jeremie called. Quickly wanted to rectify the situation, compensation for the treatment, and surprisingly a new hose and potentially covering my exorbatant water bill for this month. That's huge, i wasn't expecting that this quickly nor any compensation. Like i said i do not agree with this company's practices as far as monthly payments go etc, and of course this techs job and the way he left my hose, name was josh by the way, beware. But theres a ton of five-star reviews, so this seemed to be a one-off weird occurrence for them. They do have pet safe products and all that fun stuff and are knowledgable. I'd say just watch what they do to your hose 🫠 went from 1 star to the same 3 star on thumbtack. I morally cannot give anymore than that, but 5 star for bug removal, I guess Do not hire.I put 3 stars on thumbtack, that was before this happened. I had some plumbers come by and look at my drain situation. I happened to walk over to the side of the house to see where my drain clear points were, and boy was I pissed when I found my hose disconnected and water leaking. Pest control was the only ones here to have done that, as he was to take his pack off and fill it with water. I said he can use whatever HOSE. Not spout. There's a clamp on the hose there for a reason, and of course, he just left it there without telling me. He could've saved the whole company a review and an outing like this by legit just apologizing. Not only was the hose disconnected, but he didn't tighten the valve, so water has been leaking for DAYS. Screw this company, there's no QA QC, and i work construction, so this is just sad. While I'm here nit picking, they charge 44 a month but only come out every two months, and you can request more times between there I'm sorry but if you have to call an exterminator monthly to begin with your home is not livable, so I paid $144(that's there one time payment) for a loose hose connection now the clamp isn't seated. I can't be all that mad, I guess, since the ants are gone, but I'd rather have paid $144 for a new hose and diatomaceous earth. Don't. Hire. I do not expect money back, apology, etc. ***update*** The company reached out as you read above, so I removed the nasty part of my review. But when you just paid $450 for seeded grass and already expect a ridiculous water bill for months, this situation added $100, probably. You see my frustration.

I was disappointed that the earliest inspection date I could get was over a week and a half away as I was planning on showing my house to a potential buyer within the week. I explained the situation but felt like I was dealing with a physicians office - great they have a good business and nice they share their expertise to us customers on their time frame.
