Hometeam is always on point. They call me 2 days before my service to remind me. I am usually at work when they come for service. Even then,on the day of the service, they always knock to see whether I am home or not (because if I am home, they can spray inside the house as well). The technician is always very friendly and very through. If they have to come inside the house, they wear plastic booties over their shoes to keep the floor clean. I really like this company and everyone that works there (from the hone customer service to the actual techs) is very professional and just as friendly.

These folks are good to work with and the tech that made our initial visit was thorough and provided a follow up report with suggestions.

PLEASE READ. Don’t use these guys. I have never been badgered so much in my life. I never even subscribed to their service yet they badger me and text me text me EVERYDAY. They have some kind of contract with DR Horton Homes where they sell you a house with their pest defense system already installed when you buy the home. Then they literally text you every day until you sign up with their membership. One of their representatives by the name of Anna will text you and she does not take no for an answer. If she’s texting you it’s already too late. You’re just going to have to change your number.

6 years and I'm not giving up my favorite bug guy. You can't give up a company that knows you by your name. They get rid of the things that bug you, all bugs that want to be outside of your home and inside your house. I highly recommend Home Team Pest Defense. Been with them for 6 yrs. We moved into a newly built house that has the TAEXX PEST CONTROL SYSTEM. WOW what a great idea. Called to get info. They set up a appointment for the next day. Brian came out to charge the system and then sprayed the perimeter. Great service sorry we weren't home. He called and explained what he did. Other business should learn from them!!!!!!

Absolute idiots don’t listen to a word you say. They sprayed my garden after I asked them multiple times NOT too and showed up 7 hours before their appointment time, waking up my house full of night shifters. These people suck

We’ve had a great experience with Home Team Pest Defense! We used them for 3 years in New Mexico, so when we moved to Arizona, choosing them again was an easy decision — and we’ve been just as happy with the service here. Our technician, Rachellie, is fantastic. She always asks questions to understand if we’re experiencing any issues, takes her time during service, and makes sure to thoroughly treat all areas. You can tell she really cares about doing a great job. Communication is excellent both during and after the appointment, and the overall service, value, and professionalism have been outstanding.
