I feel like I was duped into a service contract that I had to pay to get out of . I see why now cuz their service sucks and all their customers would cancel without a penalty. Thank goodness my contracts almost up. They send me emails and texts about service but always conveniently only “service “ my home when I’m not there. I have requested that they come when I am. They claimed they changed the schedule so I could be home. Well, I’ve beeen home the last two times they claimed to have serviced

Employee was polite and did a nice job. However, bcuz someone new seems to come every time, I would like them to know how to access our backyard. This info should be in our file but this employee did not know. As you should be aware, with a pool in Arizona, we must lock our gates. We can’t always be present when your techs arrive. This shouldn’t be a new issue for you. I shouldn’t have to do your job for you. You need to communicate better with your techs.

The service was acceptable, however they are now insisting I am under contract, when I explicitly told the sales staff that I would, not and could not, pay for a year as I lived in a rental and would leave in 6 months. I agreed to service for 6 months, and now they want me to pay a cancellation fee. I will do no such thing. Card Canceled and I will dispute any claims otherwise to the fullest extant of the law.
