I just moved to Arizona from Colorado and am TERRIFIED of scorpions and spiders. I called green mango and within 24 hours they came out and treated the interior & exterior of my home. Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable and professional, assured me the products were pet/kid friendly too!! I’m so happy I called them!!

Ray has been taking care of our home for a few years now. We love Ray. He is not only great at his job, but he’s a very nice man that takes pride in his work. He really knows his stuff when it comes to insects and I always make sure we’re happy with the work. He even takes the time to educate us and make sure our two little furry family members don’t have to worry about the chemicals he’s using We look forward to many more years of great service from Ray and Green mango

We’ve been customers since around 2014–2015 and have consistently had great service and professionalism. Mateo has been servicing our new house for several years and he is fantastic, always polite, professional, and willing to address any concerns we have, whether it’s something scheduled or not. Recently we had a concern about termites and the first visit left us a little unsure and not feeling great about the individual who came to our home. However, within 24 hours a manager named Matt personally came out to address our concerns. He drove an hour and a half to meet with us, which says a lot about the company’s commitment to their customers. Matt was excellent. He confirmed the information, validated the situation, and worked with us on a reasonable treatment plan and cost. That level of responsiveness and accountability is beyond top-notch service. We truly appreciate the professionalism and how seriously they take customer concerns.

My son was having problems with rodents and another company told his girlfriend that they had hundreds and basically fear mongered them into believing that they’d have to may an upward of $9k to alleviate the problem. Basically it was a scam. Green Mango to the rescue 🥰. Richard was not only through with checking all of the possible places of entry but he also set traps, sprayed and walked me through the areas where rats where potentially getting in and he said there is absolutely no sign of any nests or infestations. In his knowledgeable opinion he said it seemed as though there may have just some neighborhood rats getting in and that the ones my son had already trapped was probably all that there was which has helped put my son and his girlfriend’s minds at ease. Richard was fantastic, compassionate, warm and so kind. Would definitely recommend. 🙏🏻💗🧜🏻♀️

JOHNATHON is literally the best. He does an amazing job spraying inside and out very efficiently but also listens to my questions and teaches me about what particular bug I might be seeing and why, and its always reassuring that those bugs are gone after my treatment. He never seems put out by my inquiries. He is also super patient with my yappy puppy; he remembers his name and tries to reassure my pup that everything is ok. He is such an asset to the company and I sure hope they realize it. Thank you Johnathan.

We have had Green mango for years. Johnathan has been coming to our house for a little while now and everytime,does a wonderful job! He is very thorough and mindful of closing gates knowing we have pets! He is always quick to address any concerns we might have. For example, when we asked about ants he provided an easy solution! My appointment was for 2:00 pm. Someone rang the doorbell this morning at 7:15 am. I was in bed. If this was Tom, he did not complete the service. Can he come back at 2:00 to complete as scheduled?

This company doesn’t know how to make an appointment with someone. I’ve asked repeatedly to stop showing up unannounced and yet they continue to do it. I’ve been with them for five years and I’m done.

This person ignored my request to move my services back two weeks. She showed up and did not properly service my property. She did not dust, clean the spider webs, nor did she spray the house properly, nor did she come to the inside to spray. All of this being a part of my normal service. She called me with a 30 minute heads up to which I called her back in less than minute, to which she did not answer. This was followed directly by my text to her to move my services back two weeks. She finally messaged me AFTER she had left the property and so-called performed the service to tell me she had done so. I messaged her back to let her know that I didn’t think what she did was not what I would call a service. She then called me, we had a short conversation where she said she was going to call her supervisor, I then asked her to have him call me. I never got the call, but I surely got the charge. Looks like I now have to cancel the service.

Did outside but he didn’t do inside. We always have them do inside which is why we make sure we are home when they come.

Hiring this company was the single biggest regret I’ve had as a property owner. From the moment they arrived, I didn’t feel I could trust them — unprofessional, rushed, vague answers, and I left feeling unsafe about the whole process. The pest problem seemed completely unchanged, and the money felt wasted. I would never use them again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

Been just over a year and we always still have bugs. Mostly tiny little rapid scampering fire ants. Super bad mosquito problem but they say they can't do anything about that, so I guess I need to trust them on that one. We call them often about various but problems, answer is normally them saying that we can't come out until next montly scheduled service. We live in Gilbert, not rural, at all..... This service is a bad value. Nice logo and marketing though.

I was assured I would receive a call one hour in advance so I could have the interior treated. I received no notice so I plan to ask for a return service call.

Kris came to my house, did NOT perform service after I was unable to answer my door BUT BILLED ME AND SENT A COMPLETED SERVICE INVOICE EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT PERFORM SERVICE TO MY HOME! What a scam!!!!! Beware and check your ring cameras people to be sure your techs are actually doing what they’re auto billing you for!!!!!!!!!!
