Drew arrived early due to cancellations that he’d had. He called ahead to be sure it was ok. When he arrived, we was informative & friendly. He answered our questions and advised us what our plan would look like going forward. He inspected the outside of the home, removing spiderwebs he encountered. We are very pleased with his service
