I told the owner, Mier, we had a cricket problem though "epidemic" is probably more accurate. We were finding 5–10 crickets a day both inside and out. It was a nightmare. Mier came out, gave us a fair estimate, and treated the entire property inside and out in under an hour. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Best of all? That very night, we didn’t hear a single peep, nor have we seen any running around and we still haven't weeks later. We are so happy with this company! After finding two scorpions in our house, I called first thing in the morning. Meir answered right away and was able to fit us in for same-day service, which gave us so much peace of mind. The owner did an amazing job, treating the inside, outside, and entire perimeter of the house, and even took care of an ant issue we had. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how scorpions, ants, and other pests behave, what attracts them, and how to help prevent them in the future. We learned so much from him. I started needing bird removal services, he quoted me a very reasonable price, beating the competitors, and was ready to install much fast than those other guys. I had concerns about the birds post install and he shared to trust the process. I did and I rarely see any at my home. (Bye bird poop!!) I was even had a situation with a bird getting stuck and his team came out next day to take care of it. 10/10 I also got their traditional pest control services because they beat the price of my current provider. That is a huge bonus, but I am overall happier with the service at Green Arrow. Ever since we started doing some renovations and construction on our property, we were finding crickets inside daily. It was getting out of hand, so we called Green Arrow. The technician was extremely thorough, inspected the foundation, and put down a solid treatment plan. Since they came out, the problem has completely vanished, haven't seen a single cricket. Had bee emergency on a Sunday around dinner, came right out and fixed the problem - in addition to identifying a large wasps nest beneath a roof tile - that had been problematic, that no other exterminator was able to locate.
