As the owner of Fromm’s Pest Control, I take every customer experience seriously especially for something as serious as scorpions.<br><br>When I came out 8 weeks ago, I spent over an hour doing a full blacklight scorpion hunt at night and removed 17 scorpions from your property. You were very kind at the time, and even mentioned how bad the scorpion issue was in your area. You originally left a thoughtful 5-star review highlighting our efforts and how appreciative you were that I came out personally.<br><br>Scorpions are extremely persistent pests, and unfortunately, a single blacklight hunt alone won’t eliminate an infestation of this size especially when no chemical treatment is allowed. We’ve seen scorpions enter homes weeks later from Amazon boxes, attic vents, or even through tiny gaps in block walls. I also want to be crystal clear: I would never plant scorpions, ever. That accusation is not only hurtful but completely false. We’re a family-owned business that has built our reputation on trust, results, and integrity.<br><br>I’ve been trying to reach you for the past week to help resolve this. I truly wish you had called me before changing your review from 5 stars to 1 star. If we had the chance to talk, I believe we could have addressed this properly. We’re confident we can help get this under control, but spraying is a key part of long-term success and we understand you’ve been against that.<br><br>We’re still here if you’d like to work together again. We stand by our work and our commitment to customer service. Our service policy includes a 30-day window for follow-up treatments at no additional charge. Beyond this time frame, any further treatments require a new service charge.<br><br>Pest issues, such as ants and scorpions, can be persistent depending on the severity of the infestation and environmental factors. This is why we recommend ongoing service to achieve long-term results. While our products are highly effective, they do require time to work and, in some cases, consistent follow-ups over months to fully resolve an issue.<br><br>We strive to provide honest and transparent communication to set clear expectations, and I apologize if there was any misunderstanding. If you would like to discuss our ongoing treatment plans or have any questions about our services, we’re happy to assist. Unfortunately this was a miscommunication between you and your tenant. With Covid just happening in April the tenant didn’t feel comfortable with me coming into his home which I completely understand. You called me after your 30day warranty to try and get me to spray the interior. Your conversation wasn’t professional at all calling me a liar and more unnecessary verbiage. So I politely declined your request. I hope the best for you Trace
