I am having to write another review because our first one got taken down I guess but after complaining and complaining over and over about trying to get a hold of them for non payment. We finally got a check in the mail. Only for them to put a stop payment order on the check when we went to deposit the check. These people are awful to work with and are stealing money from people. Do not work with them. I will be checking and resubmitting my review every time I see it gets deleted so others don't go through what my company has gone through with them.

Jordan,<br><br>Your company failed to provide the required documentation needed to process payment. In addition, the address your company provided in your paperwork was incorrect.<br>We issued and mailed the original check based on the information your company supplied. Your company later claimed the check was never received, at which point we placed a stop payment and reissued a replacement check.<br>If you intend to leave a negative review, make sure you include the full and accurate details of the situation—specifically that the delays and complications were caused by your company’s inability to submit a correct W-9 and the required supporting documentation.<br>If you choose to publicly misrepresent the facts, we will respond accordingly and ensure we also leave reviews on your company website and Google so others are aware of the level of incompetence demonstrated in completing basic payment paperwork.

My company works very closely with Daniele, Demetria, and Andrea from the Express office. All three ladies are exceptional in how they carry out their operations. Communication is always clear and concise, and we’ve had zero issues with our vendor partner relationship. Payments terms are good, work is consistent, and any issues that could potentially arise are always resolved quickly. Highly recommended 🤝🏽

If you are a contractor and have come to google to verify the legitimacy of this business, do yourself a favor and do not do business with Express. They will NOT pay you even if you sign a lawful contract with them and you will have to spend time and money to recover what you’re owed!

Awesome service. technician called with eta showed up on time very knowledgeable courteous best customer service iv ever seen quickly found and fixed the issue its been a year my scrubber is working and cleaning great express will definitely be who we call.
