She is always incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and willing to take the time to help both our team and the residents understand how everything works. Sam is fantastic! We just moved into a new apartment unit that had been empty for a while and saw a couple roaches, our complex sent Sam. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable, since we didn’t have a crate for our dog yet she even came back today to spray the last bathroom. It’s really great to have someone so dedicated managing the pest control at our new apartment.

I don’t like roaches, and just the sight of one or two left me anxious enough to clean and ask my complex for pest control. Adam is Amazing.

Disrespectful company, this morning an employee of this company was trying to get into our apartment when we were not at home and weren’t on the schedule for pest service. Furthermore when my wife called the branch manager she was met with a very rude and disrespectful man saying she was “making a mountain out of nothing” with absolutely no remorse or apology for our terrible experience. we have video footage of this person repeatedly trying to force the door open with no knocking or ringing the doorbell if we were home the situation would have been treated as a break in an handled as such, do better Eliminex

Extremely disappointed, and concerned. We were not home at this time but an employee who was not scheduled to come to our apartment apparently made a mistake and attempted to get into our apartment for 3-4 minutes. If we were home it would be terrifying he didn’t knock or ring our doorbell just started trying to get in aggressively, did not leave a note to apologize or talk to the front office. So I called the non emergency line thinking someone was breaking in but was told by the branch manager “it was a simple mistake” I do not believe he was being malicious but if I were home I would’ve been stuck thinking someone was breaking in. He tried multiple keys and was jiggling the knob so hard I thought it was going to pop open honestly. It very sad that when I called the branch manager he said he wouldn’t be able to keep him from entering my house because it was “making a mountain out of nothing” I’m sorry to hear that in 2025 there is men who have the audacity to tell anyone it isn’t a big deal. Apparently someone wrote the wrong apartment number but he didn’t have paperwork with him or call anyone to verify just attempted to get in and left no note or explanation to a scary mistake. Please do better
