Had an inspection after a recent trip. Zach came out and thoroughly searched the room. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my “hundred” questions to my satisfaction. Luckily the inspection was just that - no bugs. However, if I or someone I know ever needs bed bug services, Zach and EchoForce would be my first and only recommendation!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Super punctual and thorough. Zach was very personable, simply described the bed bug situation, and was able to do a cleaning and inspection all included in one.

I've been doing airbnb for the last year and I've never had any issues . One of the guests that I had in my home was a homeless man , he was extremely unsanitary. And before he left my home he brought unwanted , and unwelcomed guests in the form of bed bugs. I was getting eaten alive . I swear I was drying my clothes before and after I wore them . I was washing and drying my sheets every night before I went to bed . I would vaccum my entire home , along with my mattress and box spring . I would douse my furniture in bleach . And no matter what I did , nothing I did would work , every night before I went to bed I would get eaten alive . After they completed the heat treatment I could finally rest comfortably in my own bed , in my own home . I am so incredibly grateful to these people for getting rid of my bed bug problem . It was a nightmare dealing with this. I highly reccomend this business. If you've been trying to handle it on your own and nothing you do seems to work . Than I reccomend doing the heat treatment

Zach showed up on time, explained the entire process and moved and treated necessary furniture and clothing. It was a 3 hour process. Yes, it does get very hot, well above 150’ in the room they are treating.

I was fighting a bed bug issue for about 3 weeks to a month. Was informed heat is the best way to eradicate these pests. I schedule an appointment with EcoForce and a week later they came to my home . Zach was super professional and even folded the sheets on my bed! Thank again! 10/10

We call called Monday bed bugs gone by Thursday. Totally worth every penny.

They were very thorough with the inspection and even showed me everything they looked at along the way. The day of treatment the gentleman was polite and did a good job. I could tell he moved furniture to get all surfaces covered. Very pleased with the service I got! I will renew the warranty they offered (which is awesome).

100% bait and switch or pricing $2500 ya right, had to use another company 1/3 the price and twice the guarantee......USE CAUTION

Never want to have to make a call of this sort let alone deal with it. But, the team at EcoForce (Brad and Ryan) were extremely professional and understanding. From the initial call with Brad, to Ryan being at my house within 2 hours for an inspection and treatment, it was an easy process. I was scheduled the next morning for the heat treatment. Brad and his team went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. I loved that fact that they took time to get to know my dogs and cats as they would be spending time outdoors while the house was treated and they let them in for me as I was at work. I could not be more impressed with their attention to detail and professional services. Thank you for giving me back peace of mind.

Just recently referred this company to a friend in Phoenix, as another friend of mine up in Prescott Valley had called on them to check the possibility of bugs in their home. She and her husband indicated that the person that came out did a room to room, corner to corner check (that's how seniors talk) free of cost, and the good news was that they did not have bed bugs,. They were very happy with the professional inspection they did, and information they gave them in the event of a problem. Yep I will refer them to others when needed.

Called and talked to a very nice lady told her my what was going on and she then gave me a few different prices. I told her that I was a single mom on a fixed income with a child and a elderly mother. She then told me her tech was pretty clear today and would have him give me a call. She told me that the home inspection was free with no obligation and then he would determine what need to be done and at that point he would quote me the prices. She told me for just one room could be as high as 500 and 1500 based on the size of the house. I thanked her and was pleased with the service she provided but when the tech called everything then changed. I live in San tan valley and told her this so then the tech asked me if I was going to get the service done today told him that I wanted the inspection first to see what needed to be done as the holidays are just around the corner and could not afford 1500 to 1700 hundred today. Then I had told him about the conversation with the young lady and he replied with no the inspection is 90 dollars as I have to drive to San tan I told him that is not what was told to me on the phone and then proceeded to say I wasn't going to find anyone cheaper and that they would not quote me the right prices. Which I found to be very professional. And if I was to get chemical treatment the would charge me for everytime they had to come back and would still not get rid of the problem. I caution anyone please shop around get all the information you can along with pricing from several different companies. Just because one company is a little less expensive doesn't make them a bad company and of course if your rich which I'm not by all means hire them this is just my experience with this company and they never even made it to my house.
