I had such a great experience with Copper State Pest Control! This was my first time ever using a pest control service, and I’m so glad I chose them. They took the time to educate me about everything—what they were seeing, why treatments are needed, and the importance of regular bi-monthly service. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how thorough and informative they were. They went above and beyond by removing all the cobwebs, treating around my pipes for silverfish, and even setting traps so we can monitor progress and make sure everything is fully resolved. A special thank you to Eddie and Alex—they were amazing! Also, the office staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. Overall, just an outstanding experience. I’ve known the owner Alex for years and he’s the best. Great personality and great service. Highly recommend him. Update 03/20/26: James did my service today. Great guy! Paid attention to what I wanted him to do and not do. He was conscientious about putting on the shoe covers. He understood what was needed to address my gnat problem. Will definitely request for future appointments.

***UPDATE**** After my service yesterday and leaving my review I was contacted by Alex the owner or Copper State Pest Management. We discussed my experience and where I felt the ball was dropped. After listening he scheduled a time to come out the next morning to ensure I wasn’t left with a bad taste in my mouth. He arrived on time, explained what we were doing, why we were doing it and the benefits of doing it. He retreated my home properly and showed me the value I was looking for. Thank you Alex for showing me the true nature of your company. These days too many business owners over look just asking the disappointed customer why they were disappointed and listening to the reasoning. Thank you for listening and understanding. I had Copper State Pest management come out to Spray for general bugs. The technician arrived on time. Had the job completed in about 15 minutes. I understand I paid for the convenience of somebody else spraying for bugs however, I feel that there could’ve been more of an effort made to show value in the service. From now on, I will simply go purchase Pest spray myself and spent 15 minutes spraying my house myself lesson learned

Living near a large preserve area the views are amazing, but the little critters not so much. With a toddler running around, our biggest fears are scorpion bites. We have tried self pest control maintenance with little success. We reached out to Copper State Pest and got in touch with HUMAN rep immediately. Within 48 hrs they were available to be onsite and happy to answer all kinds of questions. It was such a comfort seeing them use a commercial grade sprayer to spray thoroughly and efficiently around the property. So many companies use tiny backpack sprays that don't deliver the same quantity and quality and keep you tied to a long term month by month subscription. James was awesome!!! He was on-time (always appreciated), carried himself professionally (they even wear shoe coverings inside) and friendly. Finding exceptional service is why we choose local.

From the moment I called, Kat answered the phone (ironic that her name is Kat and its a pest control company) I was treated with respect. Other companies I called all wanted me to wait a few days to come out. Kat heard the worry and concern in my voice and Alex and Eddie were able to come out that same day. Another associated named James came out to do follow up a few follow up inspections. All three of these gentlemen were great to work with and showed respect and courtesy that I have not experienced with other companies. They talked to us like we were family and had know them our whole lives. What stood out most is they offered a real solution that actually fixed the problem, not a temporary band-aid. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right the first time. All the other companies wanted to set a couple traps and go on with their day. Alex and Eddie provided and explained in detail how they planned to handle the issue. For that reason, I was not hesitant in any way to go ahead with their service. If you’re dealing with pests and want a company that’s reliable and straightforward, I’d definitely recommend asking for Alex, James, and Eddie.

I was extremely impressed by Copperstate Pest. They were recommended to me by a past customer, and I am glad I connected with them. They are friendly, professional, and very willing to answer questions and address concerns. Alex went above and beyond in terms of responding to my questions in depth and detail, even doing some research to provide to me. He even spent time talking to me on the phone about a rodent issue that, due to circumstances, I had to use a different company for. Despite it not being his job, Alex was willing to spend a considerable amount of his valuable time giving me feedback and advice on this issue, as did Eddie later on. That says a lot about the high level of service and character of Alex, Eddie, and Copperstate! Highly recommend!

Alex provided a great explanation of what was going on with my home and gave a quote that would typically be the max and explained where it could be more (i.e. prolonged extensive services, etc.) This was a great comfort to me because a lot of companies try to nickel and dime you with different charges not put in the quote.

We have termites. I reached out to two other termite companies and left a VM or text. Copper State answered the phone the first time I called and had a tech scheduled to come out the next day. They are very responsive and I thought reasonable on a 5 year treatment for a detached garage and our home. Definitely recommend Copperstate.

Alex is amazing. He not only took care of a termite issue but seems that he has 24 hour surveillance on every corner of my property. I live in Wittmann and I havent seen a bug or any other critter since hes been doing our pest service. Highly recommend.

I was struggling with scorpions inside the home and backyard. Copper State Pest is PHENOMENAL! When I regularly spray, I never see any scorpions. They are easy to book with, have great communication and a great warranty. I highly recommend and will be using their services as long as I live in this desert. Also, they are pet friendly! I have dogs and was concerned about the spray when I first started looking into it

The Roaches are GONE!!! The guys are FANTASTIC. Alex, James, and Dennis!!! They moved appliances to get under them, the stove, refrigerator and the dishwasher which they also took apart and treated. Dennis swept up as well, without me having to ask. I would give them more then 5 stars, but that is as high as you go. When I have to call the office Kat and Sandra are also top rated. They are pleasant and always helpful and accommodating ! Thank you SO MUCH COPPER STATE!!! You guys ROCK!!!

Huge thanks to Copper State Pest Management, especially Alex, for coming out so quickly and taking care of five wasp nests hiding in our massive rosemary bushes! It was 110 degrees out, and he still took his time digging through the dense bushes to find every single nest, even one that was hidden underground. He was super thorough, explained everything clearly, and gave me great tips on how to keep the wasps away from our pool in the future. Highly recommend Copper State Pest Management.
