The technician, Matthew, took his time to point out areas of concern that exist in, and around our home that could raise issues in the future for us with controlling potential infestations. We Appreciate his patience and ability to clearly explain a strategy of minimizing risks for us in controlling pests. Thanks Matthew.

Al is my technician, and he is the best ever. I wish there was a 10 star rating, because that's what he deserves. He looks after my place so well, is so thorough, and is the best exterminator I've ever had. I can't say enough good things about Al!

City of Mesa had a guy come out this morning regarding bees and he did absolutely nothing but sit in his truck the majority of the time and then got out and walked around aimlessly for a few minutes like he was lost or just wasting some time. Looked at the area where there are clearly bees flying around. Got back in his truck, sat there a little longer and then left. Thankfully, I got a picture of the truck and I called the number. The lady on the phone was rude and told me the bees must be swarming somewhere else and then told me there are no bees. I'm looking at them and can see them from inside my house. She told me I had to call the City of Mesa again, which I did. They sent someone right out and he confirmed there are definitely bees and that it is not a safe situation. So, clearly two very incompetent people working within your company. UPDATE -- Had Simply Green (An excellent company that does their job!!) come to remove this hive pictured below! Now tell me there aren't any bees!! The two employees with City Wide Pest Control at minimum should be reprimanded, if not fired!! Zero excuse for this incompetence!!

We love CityWide, and especially Ryan who does our treatment each month. He is smart, attentive, efficient and has a great personality. He's also terrific with his communication. We are lucky to have him. Also, Michele in the office always does a perfect job for us with whatever questions I ask her! Thank you!

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the service I received from City Wide Pest Control. I had them out for termite control, and David called at least 20 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated. Both David and Donavain were professional, thorough, and honest in their recommendations. No pushy sales tactics — just solid work at a fair price. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using their services again.

Cass and Zac serviced my property this morning for termites. They were very professional, polite, and courteous… Left my property cleaned up. I highly recommend Citywide Pest Control! When the work was finished, they took time to carefully explain their awesome warranty policy. Also, the service was reasonably priced compared to other pest control companies in the area.

We have contracted with city Wide Pest Control for about 10 years and have always been impressed by their reliability, knowledge, thorough inspections and treatments and the quality of service. The office is quick to answer calls and transparent regarding products used and amounts. They provide information to assist us to be proactive in the reduction/removal of insects and more. Our technician, Matt, is compassionate and attentive to the safety of our family and pets. He updates us of his findings and treatment recommendations. Matt’s integrity is admirable. We are glad that we have trusted our house and family to Matt and City Wide Pest control.

We have used City Wide Peat control since we first moved out to Arizona in 2021. Bill is respectful, personable, efficient and always on schedule. Our bug problem was resolved after the first visit. If you are having bug problems i would highly recommend City Wide Pest Control. December 2025 I would like to again recommend City Wide Pest Control. I have used their service since 2021 and they continue to do a great job! Bill continues to be on schedule every month, he is efficient and a very nice person. I have not seen any live bugs for quite a long time. 😊

This was the first time we had pest control service from City wide pest control company. Technician Steve, texted us one day before our service date and time saying that he will be coming at 7 AM. As promised, he was at our home exactly at 7 AM, He explained to us what he was going to do. He did service our home from both inside and out side. He did not rush. Very friendly and hardworking gentleman. The company’s office staff was also very friendly Very affordable service Recommend this company without any reservations.

I have been using City Wide Pest Control for almost a year, paying for comprehensive monthly service that includes interior and exterior treatments, as well as spraying both front and back yards. However, my experience has been frustrating. Every month, I receive a call stating that the technician couldn't access the lock box, despite my repeated efforts to provide the correct code. On one occasion, they even claimed the key was missing, though I verified it was there. Despite my payments covering the full house, the service has been inconsistent. The technicians have never returned to address the inside of the house, and I’ve only received the complete service twice out of the numerous times I’ve paid for it. When I attempted to cancel my service, the response was dismissive, with no apology offered. Instead, I was told I was paying $47 instead of $60 due to an overestimation of my bill. This does not compensate for the incomplete services rendered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend City Wide Pest Control. They have consistently failed to deliver the service I paid for and have been unresponsive to addressing their shortcomings. While I cannot speak to other pest control companies in the Phoenix area, I strongly advise against using City Wide.

Unfortunately, I called this company to hire them to take care of my house inside and outside. They got all information and we arranged an appointment for pest control service, they showed up at different time while there were no on home, as they told, and told they sprayed back and front of house and was not able to access inside the house because no one was there. Firstly, I didn’t notice any changes or sprays after coming back in half an hour. Secondly, I called the agent and told me to schedule another appointment for inside the house which was included in the payment. When I tried to schedule an appointment for inside the house they wanted to charge me again. They are not professional and deceiving. Don’t call them for service, they don’t respect their customers

I used this company for 2 years and my complaints fell on deaf ears and as a result I stopped doing business with them. When I called their main office to stop services, the girl on the phone didn’t even ask me as to why. She simply closed my account with them. I originally signed up for indoor/ outdoor services and their technician would show up every month without a notice and at times we were not home. I asked for a notice and I started receiving service notices, but only 15 minutes before he was at my house. In month of March they sent me a text that my technician was going to be at my house later on that day and I texted back saying that no one was home. The technician showed up anyway and just sprayed the outside. I was give a $5 discount. Yes, only $5!!! He was suppose to be at my house this passed Thursday and I made sure that I was home, but he never knocked on the door and only serviced the outside. I’m sure that I would get another $5 discount. The quality of their work was very low. They didn’t clean out spider webs on the outside until you asked them. They raised their prices without notifying the customers. Don’t waste your money with this company...

Horible service.All the women on the phone are to anxtious. So quick to get off phone they dont listen to you on phone. And when techs show up they barely spray. Have a horble day. I dont like them. I could spray more then the techs buying Lowe's product and spray it myself for the same price.

Before I write my experience I will say that the two techs that came out were very personable and a pleasure to talk to. My experience with this company was horrible. Had service for 3 months and still regularly saw bugs and scorpions. Had them come respray after my first month for ants, second month I wasnt able to schedule a respray but definitely needed it as I was still seeing insects and scorpions inside, third month they came and sprayed and found a huge scorpion the next night by my daughters room and another the following day. Mind you I had to pay extra every month for scorpion treatment and am still finding them. Other companies are charging less and have way better outcome of riding the scorpions. And when I called to cancel and request a refund for my last spray the manager I spoke to refused to give a refund and was quite rude on top of it. Save your money and time and go with a different company who will keep your home safe. And also for my second spray I called my payment in and when they came for the 3rd month I was told they didnt process it so I was going to be double billed that day. Just another mess up on their part

As a Tenant i did not order myself the services of this company, but my landlord did. A couple weeks ago, this company came over to spray for bugs, and two days later my sweet dog Dolleke was bitten by a brown recluse spider. Without blaming any one, I let my Landlord know and she said that 10-03 the technician would come again to spray. We are now 10-04, one day after everything was sprayed again and i just noticed outside the biggest German Cockroach I have ever seen in my life running so fast from me, that I could not get him. Makes me wonder if you guys are spraying with water and billing my landlord just pretending *job is done* ?

Scheduled a first appointment as a new customer for a Sat. Service technician never showed up to perform the job, nor did I receive a courtesy call to reschedule or to let me know they had to cancel. I was very disappointed I spent my whole afternoon waiting for a tech to show up and I received no communication they were not going to show up. 3 days later I receive a call to let me know they had to cancel due to the weather and would like me to reschedule. I scheduled a appointment with a new company that showed up as promised and kept me up to date Before their arrival.

Found a scorpion and called them. They sprayed and we still had scorpions all over our yard. Called them because they told me it would be warrantied and I could call if we had any issues. Then they tell me it'll be additional for the full yard spray. Would have been nice to have been told that originally as that would have made a difference in which company we choose! I explained that I wasn't told anything about it costing more for the full yard spray when I originally called in, they couldn't care less. Terrible customer service.

Was getting decent service for a few months. Asked them to come back out for a respray due to finding a scorpion in the bedroom closet and payed extra for the scorpion spray. The technician that was scheduled... Not very friendly and no customer service skills. Off to find another pest control company.
