We called Busy Bee and they immediately scheduled same-day service. Our technician Carter explained that we didn't have a hive at our location, but rather forager bees were coming to our pool to get water. He applied a treatment to our pool deck, and within a few days, the bee incidents were dramatically reduced. Now we have hardly any bees coming to our property. Thank you for the quick service!

I initially had experienced some communication issues with busy bees and the tech which unfortunately resulted in disappointment with services. So the one star deduction is for that. I’ve got to say, super impressed with how the company addressed it including offering a refund of the service. I honestly didn’t expect much when I sent the email of my concerns so definitely blown away this morning at the apology and making it right. In a world where it feels like company’s don’t care - kudos to busy bees. Just when I thought I’d write this company off - the response definitely will have me keep them on my list if I have any issues in the future.

I called on a Sunday morning when I saw I had a sizable hive under the peak of the eave. They were responsive and worked with my schedule to send one of their technicians, Chester. I can’t praise Chester enough. He was right on time, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He removed the hive, cleaned up the area and explained in detail what to expect and that they would come back at no charge if it became necessary.

Victor came out to my residence to look at a bee problem. The site and appointment setter both assured me that the quote was free. After getting a quote from Victor, I was told the cost was $95 if I did not book with him for service that same day. After about 30 minutes of talking with him on the advertised free quote, he then insisted and told me it was a mandatory fee. I then called the company and they waived the fee immediately. The rating is for Victor, not for Busy Bee. I felt like he was very pushy and unaware of service charging practices with customers. Beware of Victor.

I had a hive in a garbage can amidst a pile of brush and boxes I was preparing to get hauled off. Noticed all the bees so called them up. They were quick to respond, got someone out the same day. Tech was was here for 45 minutes (got here at 2 PM, I got the invoice email at 2:43PM). While the service was great, the price seemed overly high and I had left a 3 star review because it just didn't seem right. The owner contacted me about this and mentioned that he also felt I was overcharged due to the 30 vs 60 day warranty and refunded the overcharge. This brought the overall price down into a range I felt was acceptable. With the prompt contact and resolution, I feel that the fact that they care about this brings this up to a 5 star review.

Amazing customer service; called yesterday they came out today and spent an hour finding 10 nests including nests in neighboring yards. Very informative and helpful, highly recommend for anyone experiencing wasp issues like we were.

Busy Bee came out within a couple of hours after I called. The person who answered the phone was so courteous and helpful. Evan arrived right on time and took the time to let me know exactly what he was going to do, the reasons there were two colonies, the pesticides used for the aggressive bees, and what to expect in the next few hours and days. I will definitely recommend this business to family and friends. Great experience.
