Update 10/2025 (separate issue): They did it again! With the recent heavy rains from monsoon season caused A LOT of bugs inside my home. Picked up some spray, did it myself….AND IT WORKED AGAIN! Thanku! **Was saddened to find out the store in my area (central and camelback) was closing permanently on 11/01/25; however, was informed an east valley location would remain open. Original post 2019: Highly recommend! Emailed the store via their website explaining my situation. Received a return call the very next morning. I answered a few simple questions about my bug problem. Immediately went in and was assisted by Doug. He explained 'how to' step by step (checklist provided) and described what each product was for. Did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase. He answered ALL my questions and helped me feel less embarrassed by this bug issue. I was given estimates from professionals of well over $1,000. I have a 900 sq ft condo and paid approx $200 for the products, this is still much more manageable than what I was quoted by the pros…..AND IT WORKED!!! Thank you, Doug!

There was a strange man working the store on the weekend that we went. I’m still not sure if I bought the right thing. But people rave about their products so we’re crossing our fingers. Apparently if you go during the week, you usually encounter the owner and he has great reviews.

This is my go to place bug sprays. Owner is super knowledgeable. Helps to have a person to talk to about the issues you are having.

Bro will sell you anything other than what you want Talks a lot If you know what you want you can buy online to not deal spending time to drive and him yappin for ever even though you may be in a rush

The staff was super helpful and informative. But the product I was sold to kill weeds wasn't effective. And for the price....I was very disappointed

Was glad someone answered the phone but would have loved it if the person was not in such a rush to get me in to the store and just herd my questions. The person was still well informed with products.

They have the products to eliminate any problems you may have. A bit pricey and they are Very Much into the Upsell. If you follow me!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE! Because; I just went today 11/07/19 to buy few stuff. The guy who tried to sell me (looks like the owner) had a big attitude when I asked about the product, to select the best out of what they had, my only reason to visit them without buying it online is to promote local businesses in AZ, but the attitude he had will not help his business going forward, I just mentioned that to him and walked away without buying anything and will not go there again. I found same identical stuff online, way cheaper and do not have to go through this pain of visiting them again.

Store that you can do your own pesticide or herbicide around your home very helpful workers will recommend
