I have weekly pool service and intermittent landscaping with Azteca HS. I have used many companies and so far AHS is the best. This is the most consistent and quality service I’ve had in years.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great overall experience with FRANKIE. Although he is a nice guy, I did have to micromanage pretty much every interaction with him, to make sure he was completing the job. I had to send him many reminders text messages to get things completed. Also, you have to be really careful with his Invoice system because on several occasions, he tried to charge me twice for either things I had already paid for or things that were not done. One of my neighbors noticed that I was using him and asked if I could recommend him… I said that he is a nice guy but he's not super reliable and they decided to go ahead and use him anyway. Come to find out they were not happy with his services either, as Frankie only Replaced half the drip system, instead of the whole thing. They were not happy with his services at all. I would definitely not recommend him, unless you have the time to micromanage his work and his workers.

Friendly and reliable service!

I used Azteca for multiple services over a period of 2-3 years and have spent $5000 with them. For this reason, I was patient last year when my pool service stopped mid-summer with no notification, and no refunding of the 2 weeks missed before I realized it. However, the last straw was when a new pest control person showed up last month. Either he was not provided my gate code by the company, or forgot to look. Instead he pushed through an electronic gate that opens out, and tore it off the wall. Then left without saying a word. I immediately called Frankie to let him know what happened. He sent the guys back to try and fix it , but of course they couldn't. After that, he refused to communicate with me via any method. Repair cost me $630. Had he even offered it back in services, I would have been satisfied. Filing a complaint with the BBB has produced no result. Notice that this company gets either 5 stars or 1 star. Proceed at your own risk. If something goes wrong, it will not be fixed.,

Had them for 5 years and originally they were wonderful and my pool was always perfect. But after rotating door pool techs, poor cleaning, never taking the sticks out of the vacuum, missing a week on occasion and constantly having to be on them to keep my PH balanced and finally coming back to a green pool they just “serviced” the day before, I am going elsewhere. Hired Azteca and, Frank the owner, came out and said not to worry, he'd take care of our pool and he does it all himself, he assured us we were in good hands. 2 weeks later some young kid is out there, not knowing anything about pools or our filter trying to clean. A few weeks later our pool had black alge. Another joke of a pool company

got introduced to Azteca via itrade which is a bartering company where you trade business with credits. The first job they did was the only time they ever came on time and did the job. After that they never showed up until I called and emailed over and over. Finally got them to come out. Job wasn't done. They said they need to spray weed pre emergent every 6 months. They said they did it the first month and then said they needed to do it again two months later which we were charged for both. not sure why twice if it lasts for 6 months. They must have never done it all as we still have weeds all over and when I send them pics of all of the weeds they say maybe we aren't the right fit. I don't like to write bad reviews unless Its very frustrating and thats exactly what this has been. Not sure if its because they are doing my job on trade or not but regardless service and communication have been awful.

Just had a very rude experience with a Aztec employee yelling at me from his truck at MidFirst bank. Dude was sitting in both lanes in the drive through so I went to the open one to his right. 1 minute later he drives up to the window of MidFirst bank, but instead of going about his business, he hollers at me “hey buddy nice job cutting in front of me! Real slick! (Ect.)” I’m not sure why he needed to say anything but some people are just like that apparently. I haven’t had business with them and never will now. (Anthem, AZ)

Never returned calls

The first experience was great. They came out did a great job. Tech was really professional. I thought I found my new pest control company. That doesn’t seem to be the case now. I have been trying to call and schedule another service this month and I get nothing. I have left 3 voicemails and no phone call back. Some one finally answers the phone and then hangs up on me when I start to go over the details of what I need done. I feel like all they wanted was the was the extra money from the start up fee. Still to this day I have not gotten a phone call back. Let’s just say I will not be using them again. Very disappointed.

Never delt with Azteca before as the house we bought had a termite warranty on it from the previous owner. Sadly I'm still waiting for one of their "top notch" techs to show up. It's now an 62 minutes past the appointment time. No phone call or anything. I've called the office but had to leave a message. I even had to take off early from work to make sure I was home. MAYBE I'll change my 1 star review..... if they ever show up or even contact me.
