The beer removal is not $29 as advertised on their website! It’s $400 and you won’t be notified of that until the service is completed! You only get their $29 price if you sign up for a year of pest control at $50 a month! They’re a scam. When I brought up my concerns very reasonably over the phone I was yelled at talked over interrupted and told I should’ve never paid my bill if I didn’t like the price. I asked him to please stop talking over me and interrupting me so he said he didn’t need a lecture and didnt care what I wanted. When I asked for his name I was hung up on.

Shaun was very polite, explained process of bee removal and also treated my yard for fire ant removal and prevention as well. Shaun was very efficient and thorough! Thank you Busy Bee!

Carter was knowledgeable & kind. My grandchildren were here & he showed & spoke to them about what he had done & added some informative details. He was very much appreciated. I think the company should offer ballpark price before they come or service begins. I felt awkward to ask. The service needed done & once the tech was here it wouldn't have changed what I did; however, if I had a ballpark ahead of time, I would have had to shop around a little because $400 was a quote that was a bit much for me & more than I expected. It took about 45 minutes to perform the job & it was a job that was so much appreciated. The price puts no shade on Carter. He was wonderful. I feel the $295 price they list before adding to remove the hive was a sufficient cost for services rendered. Why would anyone leave the honeycomb & have no warranty. So annoying. Couldn't even finish a sentence without constantly getting interrupted. I tried to explain the the person on the phone MULTIPLE TIMES that my location was on the second floor and he kept saying the price and didn't let me get a SINGLE word out.

This place brought bees to my home. :( 🐝

When I called, they were able to get out to my property the same day, which was very convenient. HOWEVER…. When they arrived at my house and discovered no bees, I was still invoiced for a $145 inspection that took them a total of 15 min and resulted in “Welp, we didn’t see any bees but if you get any bees in the next 10 days, we’ll apply that cost to your treatment.” When I spoke to David, he said he didn’t want to argue with me, then proceeded to argue with me about the “value” that his company had provided, essentially just confirming the absence of bees, saying that gas is expensive, and we guys are very busy right now (if they’re so busy, how were they able to get to my property within an hour?). Maybe that’s the industry standard, and David did end up negotiating on the cost, but it seems absolutely absurd to me that 15 minutes of their time (plus a short travel, so let’s be generous and round up to 45 minutes) and nothing else of substance ended up costing what it did.

Not very happy with service overall, borderline scam. Sorry in advance for the long post. We live in Central phoenix and have a two story home with a flat roof and parapet walls around the perimeter. The roof is easily accessed through a sky window. We had had an ongoing bee problem from the previous year that we believe is a direct result of living in downtown Phoenix in a flood irrigated area. Citrus trees, Desert trees, all part of the charm of where we live, do not mind the bees just not fond of them being in the house. We had asked the gentlemen who came out to let us know what he found on our flat roof. Technician came down and told us that he had "killed the hive" and that the hive contained "over 60 pounds of honey". Both my husband and I were upset as we would have liked the option to have the hive removed by a bee keeper rather than to have just "killed the hive". We talked to the owner directly who apologized to us both. He also told us the technician had found serious infestation into the structural part of our home that would need extensive work to open the roof and walls to completely eradicate the issue to the stated cost of thousands. We opted to pay the bill and take care of the hive issue ourselves. Imagine our surprise when we inspected the roof and found no issues whatsoever! No hive, no holes in our roof, no dried up hive, nothing. I forgot to mention that we have previously covered over every pipe or penetration on our roof with hardware wire cloth and screen to prevent insects into our attic. All of that was still intact. $350+ to have someone come into our home and tell us lies, not good. We will not be using them again.

I would not recommend unless you want to give away $175. The owner came to my home and sold me on customer service and 30 day guarantee. Started off good. After 10 mins at my home owner was supposedly done. 3 days after service, bees were still there. After calling for a week straight for owner to come back, leaving voicemails, and calling about 3 different numbers on company website and receipt, NO CALL BACK. No lie as I am writing this review (service done mid April 2017) nothing... I mean a simple courtesy call back would've avoided me writing this review but still NOTHING. It was a horrible experience. Take my advice (or not) but your better off elsewhere.
