Terrible customer service and ineffective pest control. A complete waste of money. Tried to call corporate to relay my challenges with Arrow and they are unresponsive. Fire ants were my major concern and they are way worse while Arrow was contracted then when I mitigated myself with products from Lowes.

My neighbor had termites, they treated and he got the maintenance program....Still saw brown spots, they said, not active, We painted the brown spots and 2 weeks later, another tube started. Arrow told him the painter didn't paint that corner (LMAO).. They painted over it....That was 2 weeks ago, we are still waiting. When they come out they want to push more maintenance for other things....If they are not going to treat the problem and only take care of it when tubes show, the damage is already done. I would NOT recommend this company, he was an older man and I think they were trying to take advantage.

I spoke with Heather over the phone to schedule a termite inspection. I have a lot of questions regards their treatment, cost and procedures. She doesn’t know a thing. All she does is to sep up an appointment, really? Appointment without even knowing how much is going to cost me and how they will address the situation? She hung up the phone on me, so rude and unprofessional. I had the worse experience ever. If that is just the Custumer service I don’t want to imagine working with them. RED FLAG from beginning. The only reason I called is because my friend referred me to them but I will not hire them for anything and I will never refer any of my family and friends.

Great service. They inform me when they are coming out and inquire if I am having issues with pest anywhere so they could address it at the time of their visit. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for exterminating servic es.

Such bad, unprofessional, rude service. Do not recommend. They were so rude to my mother, one of the managers actually hung up on her while she was speaking. If you're looking for respectful and professional service, do NOT go here! So expensive and on top of that have such a bad attitude. No thanks.

They said my termite treatment came with a 5 year warranty...great right. Well a year later I get a $250 bill for my termite warranty coverage. They never mentioned it cost anything to keep the "warranty." After several bills and several phone calls later I finally just tell them to get their "rented" property out and cancel my "warranty." So they finally did. They said they canceled it over the phone, they removed their product, I received a receipt that it was removed figured it was finally all done, 3 weeks later I get another bill for $250! I'm so livid. These people are crooks and super annoying.

When Svc man is told three times I feel my home has fleas and he states “you do not have flea”! Then after the 1st spraying I call to inform him the new dog I adopted woke up covered in fleas...I describe this to him....and he agrees my home has fleas and is ready to set up an additional visit BUT it will cost me $250! Required no no visit to inspect...just pay me I’ll send my guy over there, verifies he knew what he was doing to milk another $250 out of me, a retiree with a set budget, he has no SHAME & terrible employee representing ARROW EXTERMINATING.
