The technician was outstanding! Very courteous and professional. Great customer service. You guys have a good one right there. Wish I had a hundred of him working with me in my line of work.

Always happy with my service. They do a great job. The company sends someone out anytime I feel the need for a service/spray. Have used the company for at least 11 years. Would not change them.

The bug guy was finished very quickly and very thorough. He hit the house all around and hit some ant hills too. I had him do some spraying inside too.

They come and take care of all the needed areas with no problem. Process is always quick. Don't have any complaints. Nice an easy

James did text before he came and arrived on time. He took his time to make sure everything was sprayed to our expectation. When James was done he asked if we had any questions. Very friendly and personable. Hope to see him again.

I wish I had before pics/video to show the difference. 3/23/2026 (Old review)Usually I'm not too impressed either the technicians but Matthew serviced my property today and I have to say not only was he nice, but he was very attentive and patient with me explaining everything that I needed. There's only been one other technician that came close to him. And I can't remember his name, but good job, Aimvo. Matthew is extremely beneficial!!!

I get a text message saying service is complete, never knew they was coming out to spray, I would have them specific instructions not to spray near my garden… I truly hate bad or lack of communication!

Aimvo is a SCAM. Don’t use them. My initial service with Aimvo went fine. The service provider was nice and I signed up for their 1-Year service plan. After I signed the contract, I only received a 1 day (max) notification about my next service. I was also informed when trying to reschedule that they no longer provided service on weekends (Weekends are the only days that work for me.) I paid for ~5 months of the contract, only received that initial service and am now in Collections for the fine for cancelling the contract. Save your money, hire someone besides Aimvo if you’re in the Phoenix area.

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE! I was completely misled by the gentleman who came to my door who was very professional and seemed genuine. He explained my plan as if I was paying sixty dollars a month for a service which would have been great. He neglected to tell me that they only come once every other month or every two months, but I still have to pay sixty dollars every month. Which essentially is like a hundred and eighty dollars each service.And i'm paying for service that I don't get. They work the same schedule as everybody else so if you have pets, and no to let them in your house you can't get your inside serviced. Had I been informed in their actual payment arrangement in every other month service.I never. NEVER would have agreed to it. The gentleman seemed that I am a single mom with two young children i explicitly explained how money was already tight, and I couldn't afford much. The way he worded, it was sixty dollars a month.Isn't that much for continuous service. But no I had to call them and ask them to call me every month to make sure that they service my house every month. But unfortunately it's just the outside. Even though the only reason why I told the gentleman I wanted a pest control service is because of the massive scary spiders that I keep finding. INSIDE THE HOUSE. either way, I will not be renewing my service misleading, inconsistent scam!

I’ve used this company for years, but moving to a new home exposed how horribly they’ve fallen off. Bringing Aimvo with us was a HUGE mistake. After their so-called “treatments,” we were still dealing with scorpions and roaches. When I called to complain, they tried brushing it off with the usual “you need more treatments.” Fine. I let them come out multiple more times—still absolutely nothing changed. Then comes the real kicker: when I finally called to cancel, the rep casually tells me they haven’t serviced my home since AUGUST… even though I was paying for monthly service. They charged me for three months of treatments that NEVER happened. No wonder the pests kept coming back—they weren’t doing the job in the first place. I got refunded for the months they skipped, but that doesn’t fix the fact that this company completely dropped the ball and wasted my time, money, and trust. Stay FAR away. If you want bugs AND to be charged for services you never receive, this is the company for you.

My dogs need to be put inside while they spray so I have to let them in before the pest company arrives. No communication until after 1pm. My whole work day had to be canceled costing me time and money that is far above the cost of this service. Canceling our agreement.

If I could give this company a ZERO, I would. I hired them for termites after I found 2 tubes on the foundation of my home. The came out and installed the bait tubes and guaranteed me that would resolve the issue. One month later, I was inspecting the foundation of my home and found 5 more tubes. The technician showed up after I called in and demanded they come out. When the tech arrived he changed out the baits in the tubes an said "ok, I am done"! He did nothing to the existing termite tubes and said the bait tubes could take up to six months to work so basically do not call them back to come out. Meanwhile, I have active termite tubes infesting my house. 2 months later, I come home from vacation and inspect the foundation. I discovered 8 new active termite tubes and immediately called Aimvo and told them they need to come out ASAP. They did come out but the technician looked at the tubes and said ok, there isn't anything I can do for you. Before he left he said to me that "these bait tubes do not work and I should have used a company that trenches the house and uses chemicals to treat your house." It is funny, after each service, they send you a text asking for a review of their service. I replied to the text with a 0 out of 5! When I submitted the review, I immediately received a reply that they would be contacting me "very soon". Very soon to them must mean weeks because I still have not heard back from them and it has been almost 2 weeks. It is clear to me Aimvo only cares about one thing and that is MONEY! Their customer service is horrible, their service is even worse than horrible and their resolution to your issue is missing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU ARE MUCH BETTER OFF WITHOUT THEM!

They just say they come to your hone but they actually don't spray at all as soon as they see example" I work nights, no one is home they say they spray when I have not been done cause I've noticed because of my cameras and they still charge you full price.

Said they would come out every month but never do. I have a screen shot of them setting an appointment to service my house on the 28th of August but get no text message. Look on the website it’s pushed to the 22nd of September horrible company never again

They worked with my schedule, my dogs didn’t need to leave the premises and very friendly. The first treatment went well. Now to wait and see the results. My only concern is the process was very quick for a first visit. Update Spoke with customer service because I didn’t feel good about the initial visit. They will be coming back out in this time next month for a more thorough visit Update to 4 days later No change in the infestation. I was promised by the person selling the product that it would clear the issue. I signed up and clearly explained the issue and was reassured it would rid of the issue. This issue is just as bad and getting worse. I am not happy with the service and will be contacting company with my complaints. I need a full refund.

The beginning of the services went well.... now I get charged every month and it's been 4 months since they've come out to the house I refuse to pay anymore or have ongoing services done through a place that is all about the money and doesn't take customer care serious enough to continue the job correctly. Very irritating and frustrating for a single mother who supports her household on her own to be taken advantage of.
