Our tech Jerry was so nice. Easy personality. Moves all the dog toys out of the way.

Tech started spraying insecticide while I was in the backyard, also don't believe he sprayed the entire back yard in 3 minutes he was here.

We have Pesty Pest treat our acre property with Pre-Emergent weed spray every year and have no weeds! We also have their monthly spraying for bugs and don’t have issues with bugs either! Couldn’t live out here without Pesty! Their office staff is always friendly and helpful.

The rep was on time and addressed any concerns. She was very thorough in her application and very pleasant and easy to talk to.

This pest control came to my house did an inspection and technician came and me and the landlord told us only the kitchen will be treated. And my first appointment was today 01/27/2026 same tech but was chilling around the corner and saw him just chilling talking to his co worker. So I waited for them and told us not to come back like in 3 to 4 hours and keep I mind that I was told that the kitchen will be sprayed only due to his inspection. So once I was done waiting for three hours, they sprayed the whole house without telling us that they are going to do that instead! So the business owner or manager whoever runs this company has the audicity to be rude with me without any conclusion on this concern. Didn’t tell us to move our stuff out and even didn’t let us pack our stuff without communication the day before I called on the date of service. This is how you do business in public with this type of poor training and especially my wife is pregnant! They don’t care, they just want profit over professionalism and values!

Terrible business practices. They dilute the chemicals so much it doesn’t work, then try to charge you $1000 to fix the issue they caused!! Use another service.

Our old pest service used a cobweb broom to clean up cobwebs under the eaves around our patio and along the whole house even. I’m still seeing spiders in the home after he sprayed

I would put no stars if possible. Had them come out to treat the house and ended up with a gas leak in my stove, a poisoned dying dog, and broken cupboards...a simple treatment turned into thousands of dollars in emergency vet bills, emergency gas call, evacuation of my home and no resolution. Ruuunnnnn

I think this is the second month with a new person spraying my house, obviously he didn't see all my cameras around my house, I watched the job he did and it was pathetic, not only did he not go around the inside of my fence he also didn't do the front of my house coming up to my front door plus I opened the garage and told him he could do the garage, which he didn't do, when I confronted him he told me it would cost me extra, since when did you start charging to go around the inside fence or garage, I have him on camera in the front and back yard, he did not do his job well, I will definitely look for a different company from now on, I will call and cancel my service.

I used their service twice The first time was almost one year ago and the operator did a good job The last time just a couple of weeks ago I used their service again and unfortunately big disappointment the new operator they sent me did a poor job not spraying meticulously and in the needed places The result was obvious: roaches were alive and kicking all over like nothing happened I called the management and politely told them about the situation giving them a chance to fix the problem Their rude answer was that I had to pay another $65.00 if I wanted to have another service I said no thanks you just lost a customer She didn’t care I called blue moon pest control they came quickly and they did excellent job and roaches now are gone

Bad experience with continuing to have ants, spiders, and numerous other bugs even after them coming to spray for a few months in a row. Asked for them to come out and respray and was told that they had a guarantee if we were continuing to have bug issues. This however was not the case, we were charged again for them coming out even after being told that we would not be. Would not recommend based on the experience we had.

After they sprayed still black widows ants coach roachs said it only kills 50% first time bad news place
