He’s a one Man show so he can be a little hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is amazing just be patient as his service is worth the wait! For the last 10 years, my husband and I have had him spraying our home. He does a great job and is very trusting! Super easy to work with!! I recommended him to all my clients as well!! Through the years he has done so many pest services for us!

I was referred to them by the realtor who handled building our new house. I had used them for a couple of years for an annual ant problem and was extremely happy. I called them this year and couldn't get them to return any of my multiple messages. Being a customer for a couple of years, it is hard to understand the lack of follow up. So, I called Patriot and left a message. They got right back to me and set an appointment.

Didn't spray very good and are horrible at answering the phone and calling back.

Don't do the annual service. When I paid him monthly, he was there each month to collect the check. I decided to go with annual service to support a small business and haven't seen him since. I called every day for a week and when he finally called me back, he told me there was some mix up with addresses.... Funny how there was no mix up before I paid him up front. He agreed to send me a refund and said he would send a check that day. This is over a week ago, I haven't received a check and I'm back to calling every day to get a status on the check and leaving a message instead. No call backs. I will keep trying.
