I was a Blue Moon customer for five years for preventative services. They were great in the beginning. The technicians started to show up to my house more than an hour before my scheduled appointment which was inconvenient. In the past year, the reminder calls stopped and my appointments got switched around without my knowledge. I'm aware the individual who reportedly switched around appointments is no longer with them, but that along with the poor communication and loose appointment times were what lost me. It's too bad, because their work is effective and I never had issues with bugs.
Great service always on time, never had a problem. I don’t have problems inside the house so I have my yard sprayed, kind of hard to get rid of the aunts so I still deal with that a little bit, but that’s about it. Tim usually comes out and sprays. He’s great.
Super friendly people! They get all the bugs too!
We have use this company for about 4 years. Very happy with the services provided and reminder calls.

Horrible company do not go with them! We scheduled them two weeks out and they could not make their appointment time or day! They claimed they called and left a message, but there was nothing! They never called or left a message! And the fact that they still couldn’t fix the problem and get somebody out at the scheduled time is really bad business! If you want pest control to actually come out and do the job that you’re scheduled for two weeks in advance, do not go with blue Moon pest control! Bad business bad customer service, bad all around! Ps. In response to your comment below; I made sure you were scheduled two weeks in advance and I did talk to your secretary and make that appointment two weeks prior. The fact that there was no phone call, no message left saying you couldn’t make the appointment and no one showed is not my fault. You say that there was but there was not. I did set up an appointment with your secretary, on 6/10/24 at 10:00am and if you’re implying I didn’t then you have me mixed up with the wrong person. And to say that you called to cancel because you “overbooked” is bad business! I needed someone at the scheduled time and not later in the day. That’s why it was made two weeks in advance. Also to say, I wasn’t very nice is actually miss leading. You’re just trying to safe face on your public review. I explained to your Employee that I will be going to seek out other business and shame on you guys for running such a spotty business, and making me wait two weeks with a no-show. If you think that is not so nice then do better. Don’t say “we over booked” and then say you called when you don’t.

100% five-star service. The technician was Nathan he came over. He explained things to me when I had questions and he did an excellent, excellent job. I'm planning on sticking with the service for many years
Always a pleasure working with this pest control company! Not only is it affordable, but their availability is normally really flexible and sometimes the day of when I need them! Not to mention Delbert is a sweetheart and always acknowledges my needy pups when he comes to spray. A great worker indeed! Thanks Blue Moon!!!!

I'd rethink using this place $1400 for termites and still here. Do not recommend, use a service that guarantees their business.
Had my house sprayed and I noticed something missing. I have looked and looked for the missing item. No one has been in my house but the dude that sprayed. I hope you guys have a better experience. It's sad you can't hire trustworthy people. Bad image for the whole company.

I found out that they IMPROPERLY STORE CREDIT CARD info! Scandalous.
dont waste your money on their service. Came to my house and sprayed about 3-4gal of water around my house, sprayed some poison around my front door and window. Didnt treat the other 11 windows around my house, didnt spray out the easements or 10ft out from the house.
Disaster. Squirrel reported in house by neighbor as we were away. Blue Moon came and guessed squirrel was no longer there, did not set a trap. Squirrel ran loose for two weeks. NLT $20,000.00 worth of damage as squirrel ate carpet, destroyed blinds, and finally got teeth into water line to refrigerator and flooded the house. I called Blue Moon and two techs were sent to house. They assured me, after listening with their squirrel attuned ears, that the squirrel was gone. Again, Blue Moon left without setting trap. That night, I found Mr, Squirrel and dispatched him/her/it. Total clowns.
Buyer bewear! Record everything they say and do. Both over the phone and in person and ask for a copy of the report before they leave. I can not stress this enough.
I don't personally know the owners nor have I ever used them for my pest control service, so I can't comment on their business or business aspects but I do have something to say about the owner or owners wife, whoever messaged me..... My ex wrote a review on their business under my name, it wasn't harsh or bad at all. It was a REVIEW, like this section is meant for...... Well, they searched my name in Facebook and sent me a personal message slamming me and putting me down and trying to harrassing me for no reason. VERY unprofessional and very non-business like. You can't please everyone when you own a business, and you can't write people messages like you did because someone left a review you didn't agree with!!

I have never responded to social media because in my opinion there is so much false information out there that it is not worth it. But in this case your words get a one time response.<br><br>How does it feel to be somebody’s puppet, that is the only thing I can deduce because you don’t know me and our company does not and has never done any pest control for you but you can find the time to attack our company and my wife-----SHAME ON YOU.<br><br>Your time would be better spent take care of yours. With all the disasters in the world now we should be directing our efforts toward sister and brother hood and keeping our way if life, not talking about people and a company you don’t even know…. They suck they charge too much and I made an appointment to have them spray and they never showed up I waited all day no one came or emailed me or nothing ill find someone that cares to show up one more horrible night with the roaches ,

Hi its me again can you pencil me I, for a German roach treatments on or around the end of this month I don't need someone to just come talk to me I know already that its German roaches lets just spray after say the 26th ASAP I know it is 105 for the first spray I will call you the day I get paid with a credit card number and pay up front just let me know the date and time you can spray plz.<br><br>Your words I said the 25th and you said after the 26th so I set you up for the 31st at 2:00 so , why lie
First they were late, then right after they called to say they were running late, they called back and jacked the price up 10.00 because we live 6 miles outside of Kingman. I had already told them where we live when I made the appointment. I guess the kid wanted some pocket cash. I called and left message requesting a return call to discuss this matter and nothing. They wouldn't answer the phone to speak with us. Talk about professionals. They are a joke. Can't be trusted.
