Ever since moving here I have enjoyed Patriot Environmental. They are quick efficient and their technicians are A+. New gentleman came today and I really liked him. You always do a great job. I really enjoy that we have a female doing it and she was awesome. She did a great job. She never even commented on my messy house and thanks.

Have been a customer for several years and I am disappointed on how we have been taken care of. My wife called yesterday to find out when they would be out to spray for weeds which they would do every 6 months I believe. To find out not only that they didn't show us as being on our plan the price doubled to over $650 a year, without even a phone call, text or email. Very disappointed for a long time customer to be treated.

I’m sorry to lose you as a client, especially over price. We don’t take your loss lightly. <br><br>We truly tried to hold off on raising our prices these past years, as we know everyone was effected by fuel, insurance, groceries, etc… Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait any longer. Properties that have less than 3,000 sqft were impacted the most. Changing the avg monthly cost from mid 30’s to $55. The compound affect of not raising our prices for approximately 7 years made the increase definitely more substantial.. However, insurance, wages, vehicle cost, and chemical cost have significantly increased over that 7 years, leaving us no choice..<br><br><br>We definitely understand your decision to move forward, as we have been impacted as well.<br><br>Thank You for all your past patronage.<br><br>Mike
After years of great service, we had to find another Pest Control company. The new person on our route was very inflexible and had poor communications skills. When we told him we would be canceling future services, he told us: "We don't care, we have more new customers than we can handle". Okey-Dokey

We regret hiring this company. At the beginning it was fine when the lady named Crystal was doing the service. We hardly see any bugs or ants at all. And if we did, they were all dead. But since she was promoted, the guy that replaced her didn't do a good job at all. We started seeing bugs, cockroaches and lots a lots of huge ants everywhere. I even saw a mice twice jumped on me at my front porch. I did speak with him but he became hostile and rude to me when I discussed my concerns. They sent the supervisor to do the job but, after the supervisor left, it just gotten worst! There's lots of an insect eggs underneath my rug at the front porch!! We purchased a brand new house last July '23 only, and I am very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. We had a house in the past and hired bug company too, but we've never seen like this kind of service that after they sprayed, it just gotten worst. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR YOUR SAKE!

have been using this company for 10 plus years. Today I get a call that they are dropping all service in our area. Thanks guys for a two day notice.

We definitely apologize for the inconvenience. It wasn’t an easy decision to define our new service area. We have great competitors, Mohave Pest services your area.
Don't hire this company and save $45 per month! We got them in November of 2022 after many unanswered phone calls. They provided service for 2 months and stopped without notice. They never answer their phone and rarely calling back when you leave a voicemail. Thank you for being this way because now I do it myself with much better results and saving $45 per month :-)

I’m definitely interested at figuring out how this happen. <br><br>we looked at the call log and it only shows contact from your ph number on these dates: <br><br>11/8 and our office manager set you up on monthly after your two two free <br><br>You called 12/2 and lvm to update card, tabitha called you back and got it update <br><br>another call was made through podium messenger during our Christmas close and Crystal our tech offered to service you but you stated you would be gone the next two weeks, so she placed you in for a skip. I have used Patriot for almost 2 years today was the last draw with them..last year & so far this year they can't get my schedule right today she tells me that I'm every other month I told her that I'm April through October I'm monthly..I'm done with them and they never answer there phone. I have tryed over and over to be patient!!!! No more done with them..so unprofessional...

I’m truly sorry you feel that way. Phones are crazy on Monday’s, as it Pest season.. We do our best to keep up.. Today was 80 plus calls before noon. But that’s a terrible excuse… I checked the phone tracking and it shows you called at 10:30 but left no message and again at 1:18, 1:21, leaving no message and 1:29 when we picked up.. Each time you called all 4 staff members were on a call. I listened to the call and as upset as you were the Manager definitely was trying to help you. Toni, we are definitely not in the business to upset customers and we do apologize for the timing of the call volume and not being able to handle it. We definitely understand budgets as we work under one ourselves. Yes most clients were asked to help us by choosing an increase between $2 depending on their property and their current price. Chemicals, fuel basically everything has gone up… Sorry for the inconvenience. Do we really deserve a 1 star for trying to covering gas prices and increased costs? I’m sorry to lose you… but we have only raised you $1 in 3 years from $39 to $40. I promise if I didn’t have to I wouldn’t. Respectfully, Mike
I am extremely disappointed with this company. They didn’t show up several times for appointments we scheduled with them. I had both pest control services and weed control services. Although when they did show up they were professional. I canceled my services with them and hired another company.

Only because I cant give anything less. Guy came to my house today was late for his appointment time. He showed up didnt have a name badge on didn't even say his name. Had an attitude the entire time he was there for only 20 minutes. Barley sprayed inside didnt spray the outside at all. Was rude to my wife and my father in law. Cost me 40 dollars for nothing to get sprayed. Was told that there would be mouse traps and stuff set up that didn't happen. So now I'm out 40 dollars. And he stained my kitchen counter. Not sure why he was spraying the actual counter and not the floor. Really really upset with this service. Please help fix this issue. I will not provide photo of my kitchen counter on here.

I’m clearly sorry you feel the company or technician deserves less than 1 star after missing the 1:30 appointment time. The call log and phone tracking shows we did call you at 1:23 as soon as the tech realized that he would be stuck at his prior appointment and wouldn’t make there on time. The gps also shows he spent 57 minutes at your home when he was scheduled to be there just 25 minutes. He did this to give you an extra good service and that’s why he ran late originally. I don’t believe we deserve a 1, but I will learn from the experience. Thank you for taking the time to rate us as we do value your business.<br><br>As far as the cost of the service, we have arranged for a check to be sent to you. As far as the counter, we use water based products and there is no staining. But I would be happy to meet you out at your home and inspect the damage. Please call our office as soon as possible.
