Machine arrived damaged and with missing parts. Steve’s solution was to hit it with a hammer to get all the dents out. Next he told me to go to Home Depot to buy the missing parts. What kind of customer service is this???? He obviously doesn’t have any!! So disappointed.

I recently bought a gopher heaven machine. It's awesome and works great. The guy is absolutely cool and down to earth. He explained everything very clear and was kind and humble. Best of all, he is from the valley born and raised. I am happy to give my money to any local business. I highly recommend this business.

Bought 2 machines. Treatments work fantastic. The owner is Awesome. Talked on the phone with him twice, he gave me the scoop. Live next to a corn field. Many moles. Machines work. After ever mow I use if needed. Been a month since any mole holes. Grass looks great.

I do not recommend this product. I thought this would help in my constant battle of gopher control. 1) The electric conduit used to pipe the exhaust is not meant to be pressurized; it leaks and can not deal with minimal back pressure. 2) Using the machine as supplied vibrates and generally knocks dirt back into the hole, plugging it, while using. 3) The base of the machine is weak and collapsed on itself after a few uses. I had to re-support it using metal, brackets and screws. 4) Using the machine as supplied over heats and kills the grass it is placed on. leaving a series of pie plate size dead spots. 5) I swapped out the exhaust as supplied with longer metal electrical conduit, again it leaks. I finally used 3/4" iron pipe with elbows. 6) A safety issue. The output shaft of the engine is exposed making it a hazard; it should be capped or cutoff. All in all I should have picked up a used lawn mower, for hundreds less, and piped it into the ground. I could have wheeled it around.

These machines are the best and Steve is beyond helpful. Anytime I have had questions about maintenance or how to best use my machine he has gone above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible. They make an effective machine that is affordable and the customer service is top notch.

Seems fine, a little expensive for the cost of the parts. Very unique. I have 15000+ prairie dogs near my property, so not a lot of hope. Address the holes and a few days later a new family digs and moves in.

My husband and I have battled gophers for 10 years, and spent hundreds of dollars. We tried poison, garlic, granules, traps, sonic vibration, expanding foam, gum, cat litter, peppermint leaves and oil, We tried gopher heaven 3 weeks ago, and have not seen ANY new activity since then. 3 weeks ago we had about 50 mounds, we used the GH on every large, main access for about 7 mins. And I believe it is working wonderfully. We can't believe it, we have been disappointed so often, we are so happy.
