Steven was here right on time and did a thorough and professional job. He explained some things about his work and was excellent in what he did for us at our home. He is a true professional.

The technician Jose was fantastic. Answered all my questions very patiently. Gave me options that the company provided for the issue I am facing and worked with the company to provide the best service. Please say my thanks to him for his service and if possible send him to service my home every time.

I will say that the employees for this company are NOT professional at all. Adam I think his name is. Yelling at people in front of a discount tire for who was in line. If they act this rude in front of another business how will they act in your house. I do not like rude people and calling rude names. Very unprofessional. I will not ever use this company.

Even after having annual contract with Evergreen, we have lots of bugs/scorpions indoors and outdoors. Called them after seeing scorpions indoors. They came and sprayed indoors only stating problem was reported indoors only. Though the source the visiting technician mentioned was front door. They didn't spray outdoors though that's the standard for most of the pest control companies

If I could give evergreen a negative rating I would!! First free spray they came out and informed me it wasnt ok for my dogs to b outside until the spray dried so I brought them in. I let my dogs out not thinkin a thing of it, and the careless tech left the gate open! They come out for a spray the second time we werent aware of the visit no phone call was made we dont check emails. I wasnt home they left a card in the door said they sprayed the front yard, and we now weve got a $90 bill. Thankfully they didnt spray the back yard cuz I had put a lock on my gate after that incident. I called customer service they were very rude and would not wave the fee I said I didnt want their service and wasnt aware there was a contract with 5 visits after the first free one the sales rep had lied and said it was just a first free service

I have not used this service but I CANNOT STAND their door to door salesman. An individual named Andrew left a flyer at our door for their service, no harm there, then he stopped by later that day to “make sure we got the flyer”. Yes Andrew, we got the paper shoved in our door. Then he gave his pitch to my wife and she listened politely, once he was done she told him we weren’t interested but he still tried to sell to her. He then asked to speak with me, I wasn’t home at the time but I was able to watch later through our video doorbell. When she informed him I wasn’t home, he told her that he would come back another day to speak with me. You left a flyer, stopped by the door and gave your pitch, my wife said no, you still tried to sell, she still said no, then you say you want to talk to someone else (like I’m going to give a different answer), then you tell her you’re going to come back another day. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Andrew yet, but assuming he does come back again like he said he would, we will be having a fun conversation. I understand he has a job to do which is why my wife listened politely, but no means no every time, that doesn’t mean try a different approach or continue to try again and again. We will never consider using this company because of that salesman.

Excellent Service, on time work, polite and well mannered employees who comes for the pest. Please be very careful if you are going through the door to door evergreen sales man. The agreement we do and agree with the sales man and the actual agreement they email is entirely different. I agreed for a 3 times contract to sales man and the actual contract came was for one year (around 5 times). My bad i missed one email they had send on the contract. Now am forced to stick on with the agreement they had emailed and not the one i signed in front of the salesman. Waste of time and No point in talking to customer care.

This is the best pest control company that we have ever had. We have had them service our home is Verrado (customer # 1886), since 9/2010. The tech that my wife swears is the best of the best is Ben Stott. If you need a reliable and reasonable company you have found them!!! Update 7/2018: still a customer and having a horrible time with quality of techs, customer service and results. Pending another call into them for an event that caused us $275.00 in issues.

Got in to contract with this pest control unknowingly and now it is a night mare to get the service cancelled . Customer service is extremely rude when I asked for cancellation. Not ready to understand the issue . I am asked to pay around 200$ now even if I would not be using their service for next 3 quarters. Extremely disappointed.

Be sure to READ the CONTRACT. Young kid came to my door to sell the service to us. He wouldn't take no for an answer. I had questions about canceling our service if we moved or did not have use for the service. He assured us at the time we could cancel but he did not inform us of the cancellation fee. When we moved out of the house we rented, we wanted to cancel... We missed the fine print that said there would be a cancellation fee.... The fee was not auto drafted until 5 months later. They told us they attempted to call us but any calls that came in, no voicemails were left. Don't know why 5 months later the fee was drafted but eh. Not a fan of the pushy sales guy and Mis leading sales guy who wanted our service and didn't inform us of anything else but I guess our bad for not reading Fine print. Call in customer service is non existent. Good luck.

the company does not listen to customers especially when they have lost their homes. The still continue to bill even when I was honest and made final payments. So dissatisfied.

They never inquired as to whether the treatment was effective on my home. I still had occasional bug problems. They missed a month of treatment, and when I called to terminate my year contract, they said they would either charge me 80% of the cost of that month that they never came and the next month ($144) or a flat $130 "cancellation fee."
