The only complaint was that some of the old used glue boards in the garage were not removed or disposed of. Otherwise, Ernie did a very good job. It would be better if shoe covers were used inside after spraying the outside.

Don't use these guys, UNSAFE and untrustworthy, no integrity at all One of the drivers who works for this company was driving around on his phone, not playing attention to anyone else on the road, and was road raging with other drivers and was tailgating. It seems like the driver lacked common sense or even had a driver license just by that alone, I will never use this company because they're untrustworthy and have no integrity if they hire people like that simply to put it go with a different company
The exterminator service seems good at this point. However the service technician took something from my house which wasn't his. If he had asked he would have known it wasn't his. This was a very childish thing go into to a home you've never been and take something when asked by office staff. He said it was mine.It was a $6 item. What if it was something more expensive. Theft is theft and should be treated as theft by business owner. I hope my landlord treats this as so.

Our technician had been at the property the week prior, left one of his tools behind, and believed the item in question was his—which is why he took it. As soon as we realized the mix-up, the tool was promptly returned.<br><br>Our technicians are fully equipped and take pride in their work. He would never put his own reputation—or that of the company—at risk over an item that wasn’t his. We take situations like this seriously and hope this is seen as an isolated error rather than a reflection of the professional, honest service we strive to deliver.

After deciding to go with another provider, you called back to cancel your appointment, at which point we simply informed you that doing so would void the existing warranty. DO NOT USE!!!! So I wanted to make sure that everyone knows that this company straight up lies about you having termites! I currently have had two termite "inspections" from this company where they have told the potential buyers there were termite infestations in the house. Little did they know we have had another termite company who just a mere months before came out and checked everything out with no termite issues. This company more than likely preys on innocent customers just to make money and be the "good guy". Not an honest or trustworthy company to use!!!

We take accusations like this very seriously. This is the first time we are hearing about your concerns, and you have not reached out to us for clarification. If this were a legitimate concern, you could have called our office, and we would have been happy to send a manager to show you the exact findings. We document all termite activity with photos and provide buyers with a detailed report, including a graph of the locations.<br><br>Just because another company did not find termites months before our inspection does not mean there were none present at the time of our inspection. Termite activity can develop over time, and our inspectors are highly trained with no incentive to report anything inaccurately. It also sounds like this inspection was conducted for a potential buyer, not for you directly—have you seen our report and photos? Instead of assuming we were dishonest, we encourage you to contact us so we can provide the information and address any concerns properly.
Had this company do an inspection before we purchased our home. The report noted, "No visible evidence of infestation from wood-destroying insects was observed." Upon purchase we started renovations and had large infestations of termites everywhere. Organized Protection Termite Control to come spray and two months following their spraying we are inundated with termites again.

Hello Maura Furniss. After looking at our records, it looks like we inspected the occupied home in September of 2023. At that time, we showed no signs of termites. Per company policy, if we do not find evidence of termites, we put a complimentary one-year termite warranty on the property. In this case, you had a one-year warranty put in place on your home. When it was brought to our attention one year later in September 2024, that termite evidence was found when the sheetrock was removed, and the inside of the wall was exposed. We returned and treated the two areas under the warranty at no cost. We understand how frustrating termites can be, especially in Arizona, where they are highly persistent. Unfortunately, when doing renovations on a home, it can sometimes uncover hidden infestations that were previously inaccessible. We strive to provide the best service. This is why we, as a company, provide a one-year termite warranty on all homes inspected by us that are clear of evidence of termites.

We have Scorpions in our house! We paid for Protection One to rid our house of them. They said no problem. They came out in September, scorpions still there, called back they said wait a few weeks, called in October, we have Scorpions, protection one came out and were there 5 minutes, just called them today telling them scorpions just stung my 6 year old in his bedroom. Response for another $123 we’ll send someone out when we can. Absolutely zero empathy or responsibility……Recommend finding another pest control!

I hope he is ok.<br><br>Regarding the service and the pest, unfortunately, in Arizona, scorpions are an ongoing issue and can be very difficult to control. Controlling scorpions requires ongoing regular service. Per your account, I see that you called us out in September for a one time and then we went out to do a free service call in October. Service calls are not full services so yes, our service was much shorter than a regular service. If you want to control your scorpion issue, you really need to be on a monthly schedule. But once again, they will not go away after one spray.<br><br>Our management team will be reviewing the phone call, coaching as necessary and using this as a training tool.
Terrible experience with this company. They mix up appointments and do not leave traps to catch the rodents. You have to call them when you hear or see a rodent and then set the traps up again. It makes no sense if you want a preventive service.

Hello Hilary. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We are currently working hard to improve our communication about our services in order to reduce miscommunication and correct expectations about what our services entail. We currently do not provide long-term preventative rodent services for attics. It is simply a corrective service which should be completed within a limited time (typically 2 weeks), as opposed to an ongoing preventative maintenance. I did look into the appointment mix up that you mentioned and it seems there were 2 services we were trying to get scheduled. Unfortunately, we only received a response back to the text message to schedule the rodent service, not the general spray.
These people reported my shed as having termites as result of seeing an old scraped tube that has been on the foundation wall since I purchased the townhouse over 35 years and has been painted over probably several times in that time period. Nothing on the other side of the paneling even suggests that a termite was ever there. Wouldn’t it be nice if their reporting told the consumer that no evidence of any current activity exists?

He also explained that we did our job according to the rules and regulations and had we not marked the evidence, we would have been in the wrong. He said by the end of the conversation, you understood.<br><br>So we are asking that you remove your review since it is unjustified.<br><br>Thank you.<br><br>Hello Ron.<br>Per AZ State Pest Management Division, when doing a termite inspection, we, along with the entire termite industry, are required to mark any wood destroying insect evidence deemed old or not. Evidence includes markings, tubes, part tubes, stains, damage, etc. We were hired to find evidence of termites, and we did. We were hired to do a thorough, comprehensive termite inspection and we did that. We truly feel that your 2-star review is absolutely unjustified.<br><br>On our website, we have a 2 minute video of a very active termite tube completely wiped away, leaving nothing but a stain. This is a perfect example of why we cannot mark your report as clear.<br><br>Ron, if you understood how we are governed by the state of Arizona, you would understand that our report was 100% accurate.
