I live in an apartment in NPHX and had mandatory spraying/inspecting today. yesterday, i called and the lady on the phone was more than happy to help me to let me know more of an exact time they would be coming by, even calling me back when she didn’t have an answer right away. the man came today and was very kind and answered all of my questions. i hate hate hate pest control because it’s so bad for our health, but the customer service was fabulous!

I was told by my apartment complex to clean out cabinets, drawers, countertops etc. If not, I would be charged $175 and receive a 10 day lease violation for non compliance. I was told this was a new company and they were exterminating the whole building for roaches. I keep a pretty clean apartment but sometimes when tenants move out, roaches scatter. I spent the whole day doing EVERYTHING I was instructed to do only to see the service person on my camera in and out in exactly 2 minutes!! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and there is no way he serviced every room. Even if it was just a fog treatment which takes approximately 6 to 10 minutes from what I read. He may have only had time enough to fill out the small piece of paper left on the counter. I guess in fairness I’ll have to wait and see what happens.

I work for a property management company and one of our properties has had an ongoing issue with pest control. We recently switched to Wagner for weekly service and our tech Dominic is amazing. He's always friendly, on time and knowledgeable about treatment. He is also extremely patient with our resident. I would definitely recommend him.

PAUL IS AMAZING! I have worked in property management for over 6 years, and this is the first time I've had an exceptionally amazing experience with a technician. Paul was very thorough, professional, very communicative and an overall joy to work with. He went above and beyond, his notes on the pest log were clear and concise, he even went into further detail while in the office and provided his opinion and recommendations for future visits. Highly recommend Paul as your technician and hope to see him service our property and route more often.

Giovanni was very good!! I left a 5$ tip on the table and a note asking him to spray in one cabinet which I cleared and asked him to spray the bathroom. But he left the tip and a kind note saying he doesn’t need money to do a good job and that he also sprayed every room in our apartment! Wow!! We were so impressed. Thank you Giovanni!

Impossible to contact these people, called on Tuesday afternoon and the automatic recording says I am calling out of business hours, scammers

I had to pay through my apartment called spring meadows and they only fogged the apartment. They didn’t spray or anything. I wish I could’ve explained that I would’ve wanted the unit to be sprayed and not just fogged. Price isn’t worth it.

My son answers the door I'm in the other room and this dude leaves because of sheer laziness. He doesn't even ask if an adult is present. Scapegoats a less than 5 minute spray just tells my son he came to spray and walks away. Writes in notes a minor was present. This guy do this to everyone who has kids or what? How old is this worker?

Our apartment complex forced us to go through this company when we had a problem with bed bugs. They would never speak to us on the phone or even give us basic information on what we should do about the bugs and preparing for treatment even though we were the ones paying them! And it was all a complete waste of money anyways because now the bed bugs are back. Oh and it took them 4 tries to even take the dust cover off all the furniture so that would probably explain why the bugs came back. This company is completely incompetent, we paid "professionals" money for the bugs to be gone, and they aren't gone it's that simple. The PCP's sent to us were different every time so they had no new information for us and would spend about 10 min in the apartment before they left. Do NOT hire this company for bed bugs, they are completely incompetent for the job.

This company has been treating my apartment for the last few weeks, and absolutely nothing is getting done. There are still roaches all over the place, and even though they have sprayed the entire building and the apartments within, there are still a ridiculous amount of roaches running around. Either this company uses substandard products, or they’re not using them properly. Either way, they’re not doing their job right, and this is very upsetting being forced to live in what I consider to be unsanitary conditions.

The worst experience I've ever had with a company. They dont show up for my appointment twice in a row. The 3rd attempt they give me a window between 9a-3p. I called to confirm the day prior because they dont confirm appointments themselves. I wait all day and guess who doesnt show again!!! 3 attempts. Also, the girl that works the front desk needs an attitude adjustment and is dumber than dog poo

My apt use them as their vendor and let me tell you they SUCK I HAVE HAD TREATMENTS FOE BED BUGS SINCE LAST AUG.2018 IT IS NOW THE END OF APRIL OF 2019 AND MY KIDS have scares from the bites the supervisor TOM says he cares but he don't I informed him of the situation I'm hope he would actually fix it but nope haven't heard from him since march21,2019 we have lost everything do to the lack of their concern for my children and family. And to top it off they DON'T PROPERLY TREAT BED BUGS when it comes to apt I have watch them walk into a unit be there maybe 20 min leave withWIT examine any other units before treating WOILDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE

One of there employees stole my fiances ring. My apartment complex gave them access while we were at work. Came home and it was gone. Filed a police report. Called owner of company. And never received the ring back. I would also be missing beer out of my fridge each time they were over. They are a good company they just dont care if there employees steal. Which in my eyes if you cant trust them find someone else

Customer service is terrible, they show up hours late or don't show up at all on the day they scheduled. They don't call or return your calls and are not through in their bug treatments. Don't use their services, unless you like having your time wasted.
