I use Elite Pro Services for all my plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical needs & I refuse to go anywhere else. I called Semper Fi HVAC 1st when my AC went out & the technician told me it would cost $2700 + whatever parts he needed costed. I told him I was getting a second opinion & called EPS & they sent a technician out the very next day who was able to fix my AC for $750. That’s over a $2000 difference! Since that experience I have used them many times for all the services they provide. They have a wonderful staff who actually care & when you call the office Amanda, Natalie, or Anna will take care of you (They even answered the phone at 9PM once when my AC went out at nighttime, incredible service!). From the Electric team I have dealt with Anthony & he is very knowledgeable, professional, & polite. They have had to crawl through my attic to install my camera system & my attic is crawl space only so it wasn’t an easy job but they did it all the same. Last but not least the owners of the company are terrific people. I’m so glad I have had the blessing of getting to know them & they have made me a customer for life. If you are worried about the bad companies who will over charge you just because they can & you are looking to get things done for a fair price you should give them a call.

Gonzalo came out to look at our AC unit that was malfunctioning. While he was out he checked the other one and helped to make sure that everything was good to go for the summer. He was on time and very respectful. Would highly recommend

Would never suggest a business that puts others in danger! Your driver coming out of Casa Grande nearly hit me in the ramp to the I10. Please hire safe drivers. I had to use the shoulder while he was squeezing between the guardrail and my truck.

Mac and Trey were very professional and patient with me. It amazes me how thorough and efficient they are in what they do. I would highly recommend them if ever in need of air conditioning repair.

I’m very pleased with the service I got. Ryan was excellent. Very thoughtful. And whatever I needed he took care of. The same day I had a small leak under my sink. I also had an air conditioning issue and Ryan was right on top of it and had Contacted who I needed and it was same day service. They did a very thorough job. I appreciated all that they did. You won’t go wrong by using elite pro services.

The two technicians Max and Tray were very proficient with the job took there time and even cleaned up after they were finished. Would highly recommend!

Elite Pro Services is amazing! Had issues with my air conditioner in the middle of a super hot Arizona summer and they had someone out to my house the NEXT day! Amazing for a hot, busy season. They had everything cooled off and working again - quick and professional! They even check in with me to make sure everything is still working months later! It’s like calling family when you call Elite Pro Services!

Justin and Broden were awesome they fixed my AC in a timely manner and they had good customer service. They need a day off and if I have any other problems in the future I rather deal with them than anybody is because they are good at what they do!!!

Kyle and Caleb replaced our ac unit. It was a hot and miserable day, but these two worked long and hard and despite some complications with the unit, they stayed to the end and stated they would not leave until the job was done. And during this, they were the most polite, frirndly, and respectful of us and our property!! The unit they installed has been wonderful and besides cutting our srp bill by 2/3, we are now cool and comfortable! Thank you boys, you were great!

The two technicians Brandon and Andreas were amazing quick and efficient. They uncovered the issue and fixed our water heater in no time. They have tons of experience and expertise. I highly recommend 10/10

We were told by a contractor that we would probably need a new a/c unit when it went out for the second summer in a row. Elite Pro Services sent someone out asap, they crawled inside of the intake area, laid on their back and cleaned the unit out by hand! It ran perfectly after that! We've used Elite pro services for the past several years for anything a/c, plumbing or electrical related and they never disappoint! We've replaced both our a/c units through Elite as well as our water softener unit, water heater and main housing plumbing pipes. We moved into an older house that has needed quite a bit of work and we can always count on Elite to provide a fair price and complete the job quickly and professionally.
