I’ve been a customer of Scorpion King for years. Their product is very effective at preventing scorpions, spiders and all kinds of other insects! I have to say though, that their customer service is my favorite part about working with them. My regular spray guy even made friends with my doggies who would run up to see him every month.

Highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. 4/24/2025 Update: This is a big thank you to Barbara, Eric and Robert, i and my family were being plagued with gnats. To the point we felt like they were crawling on us. So yesterday I called Barbara and I told her my problem, Barbara asked me if I had house plants? She asked me to email her pictures I did, she got back to me right away after she got the information from Robert, Barbara told me it's my plants from the pictures I sent her of the gnats, that my trap had caught. Barbara informed me what I must do. Got new potting soil repotted all my plant, I could see the gnats and the larvi after removing the plants stuck to the inside of the pot, I scrubbed my pots clean with all-purpose cleaner. Well, I took all the soil off my plants down to the roots. And added all new soil, the traps have not caught anything and my plants and family are happy. Thank you

Eric is more than amazing. Eric knows his bugs and knows how to get rid of them. Really nice guy and does an amazing job keeping the scorpions and bugs away. He has been servicing our house for years. Experience speaks volumns.

I have had Scorpion King Exterminating servicing our home for about 6 years now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with keeping us safe from scorpions and other pests! Robert is our guy and he is always so courteous and makes sure our back gate is securely shut before leaving, which is a huge deal to us having pets! I have never once had an issue with them and I recommend them to anyone I know! Recently between services we noticed some wasps flying around our property and right away Robert came out and took care of them. We love this company and will continue to have them forever!

I’ve been a loyal Scorpion King customer since 2020 and will continue to use and recommend their services. I’ve had them on service for two different homes, both in high-problem areas, and I’ve never had an issue with scorpions. Their technicians are always friendly, and the staff communicates exceptionally well. In a time when reliable service companies are hard to find, Scorpion King stands out as honest and dependable.

I purchased a home that had been sitting vacant for the better part of a year with no pest control during that time. Of course, this made my property the Scorpion Hilton. There were issues with scorpions in the house, garage and outside. I used not one but two other pest control companies but they didn't solve the problem. Finally a friend recommended Scorpion King and I'm so glad they did. Eric was timely, professional and very informative as to what was going on with my property and how to solve the problem once and for all. Since I've used Scorpion King, I have not seen any scorpions anywhere, inside or out. They do a great job and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We had another pest control company putting a scare in us that our neighborhood is experiencing termites. I called our pest control company Scorpion King that we have had now for over 5 years, Robert and Eric came within a couple of days to do a very thorough inspection. We LOVE this company how they explained everything to us and reassured us we have no termites. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Scorpion King and Eric Godinez are amazing. I have used several other companies and we still had scorpions in the house and around the yard. Welcome to AZ. I live in a large housing area and they all recommended this company. Eric came out and listen to our concerns, did an entire house inspection and no more scorpions. I started services in Oct 2023 after moving in. I chose to keep the same services as the previous resident since it worked for them which was bi-monthly. Scorpion King is always respectful of my property and has never canceled or missed a date of service. The product they use is effective and I will maintain loyalty for as long as they maintain quality. My home backs up to a wash so there is plenty opportunity for pests and all kinds of crawlers to enter my property but I seen none unless it’s coming due for my bi/monthly service.

BEST Scorpion and Termite Exterminating Service (Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek area) January 2024 - I recently found the start of a termite tube in the garage wall. Scorpion King Exterminating confirmed it was a termite tube and were able to get me scheduled for treatment within a few days. Amazingly, they checked the entire home even though termite tube was in the garage, furthest away from living space and very small. I appreciated the thorough inspection as it put my mind at ease knowing a professional took their time to make sure nothing was missed. I was so thankful Eric carved out time in his already full schedule to take care of the termite issue promptly; thank goodness, as I heard from friends it can take 3+ weeks from other termite companies. At time of treatment, Eric and John (?) identified areas of concern and drilled & treated perimeter of home, noticeably getting every corner, door area(s), in addition to perimeter of home. After treatment, cleaned up & put everything back where they drilled, and even re-patched a wall. Afterwards, I compared my home termite treated areas to a friend’s home (friend hired a big-name company). We saw noticeable differences: My exterminator (Scorpion King Exterminating) provided a prompt thorough inspection and service, hers did not. My guys scoped and treated a garage wall w/termites, drilled/treated entire perimeter of home, including all doors, patio door, and outside corners of home, which her exterminator (big-company name) missed or did not perform. So, overall, I made the better choice. If anything my exterminator did a thorough review inspecting inside and outside the home, going the extra mile (or sq. ft) to ensure treatment covered every inch to destroy these nasty home destroying pests! In hindsight, I wish I had requested Scorpion King Exterminating to provide termite preventative treatment as these home destroying pests are no joke; something I will request in the future right before warranty runs out. But right now the treatment I purchased to eliminate termites comes w/a great warranty! I've always been happy w/the service Eric's provided, as he is knowledge of all pests. Eric (exterminator) and Barbara (scheduling and payment) have been amazing and provide top-notch service that can’t be compared. Older post (specific to scorpion treatment by Scorpion King Exterminating): After arriving in Arizona several years ago, my family and I were unaware of the dangerous little pests that lurked in and around our new home. We just so happened to move into an area that saw a lot of scorpion and spider activity, rich farm soil some say - Gilbert area. We came from a cold northern state and the pest there, well you can see those coming. I have young girls (and pets) and we just don't tolerate the smallest insect, so this became an issue (we found a recluse spider and scorpions inside the home - then it became a safety issue). I did some research and took a chance calling Eric w/Scorpion King Exterminating, a small local business vs. the "industry known" guys. Eric came out to the house in a day and performed an inspection and treatment to the whole house and the outside perimeter. I've been using the same pest service since 2016 (outside treatment every month) and that says a lot! The cost of the monthly service has been minimal and totally worth it! I am not sure how I got so lucky, blessed I'd say. Eric is knowledgable, professional, on-time and he always takes a moment to address any questions. Barbara has been great - she makes sure that I am scheduled, reminded, and set up for the next service w/easy secure payment options. Great people, great service, low cost and I wouldn't ever go with anyone else out there. (I am not a Google reviewer, so I didn't post before now, but since I use reviews to make my decisions before buying anything, I felt it was time I share my great experience w/using Scorpion King Exterminating for all these years.) Great service, excellent products, the outcome you should be looking for!

I have to say, since starting with Scorpion King this spring I have not seen any live scorpions (or other critters) roaming. Anything that I do find is dead. My tech (Robert) has been wonderful to work with and is very knowledgeable. With my previous est control company I had a nightly ritual of scorpion hunting and would kill several each night. Needless to say my hunting days have come to an end. I STRONGLY urge anyone looking for pest control to contact these guys to manage their property.

Eric is a very qualified, experienced professional who gets the job done,happy to have him as our exterminator.Being new to Arizona, I've sent in pictures of things I've never seen before and Eric got right back to with the what, where, when and how,very informative and knowledgeable guy!

We bought a “new” home that has a bit of a scorpion problem. Scorpion King came and sprayed twice. Unfortunately a scorpion entered our home and stung my daughter. It was the day after the second spray and we were told it takes a few days to kill the scorpions. That little bugger must have been in the process of dying. We bought a black light and there were no other visible scorpions on the property so it seems like the service is working. We are having them come next month to seal up any holes. Hopefully we won’t have any more encounters! Edit: originally I Gave 4 stars but I lowered my rating (years after the fact because I realized I never lowered the rating when I stopped service with Scorpion King.) The front desk gal put a lot of pressure to cut down our climbing bushes and spend thousands on a sealing up service. We had another company come and spray without doing those items and rarely saw scorpions. Felt like Scorpion king wanted us to spend thousands of unnecessary dollars to get rid of scorpions and the pushiness is what made us ultimately change service and leave the lower review.

Scorpion King Exterminating has serviced our yard for 6 years now. We have never had an issue one time with their work, always on time and very professional and polite. This company has always taken care of our home. Thank your for everything.

They quoted me one price and came back with another price Bait and switch 101 I would call someone else

Overall, I think Scorpion King is a great company. They are polite and knowledgeable. Only issue is in terms of scheduling, especially if your own schedule is rigid. While you will always know the date they are coming, if you own a home that does not allow for backyard access except through the home, then you may experience some issues with scheduling. But when I used them, they did try their best to accommodate, unfortunately it just did not work out.

If you can get past Barbara the sales representative, she has a pretty nasty attitude otherwise the company seems to be fairly decent. I gave it 3 stars based on Barbara the nasty salesperson. I actually hate having any interaction with her. This company really needs to find a even temperament more customer friendly salesperson.

They had GD reviews but after talking with her didnt care for pricing structure and honestly she just kept going on and on and on. Total turn off.
