Called for inspection and set an appointment. No call, no show. Called back and asked for an update, call center told me they couldn't reach their own technician and didn't know where he was, wanted to reschedule me for a week later, but were able send their commercial tech a few days later instead. Shady company!!!! I made an appointment for termite service with Terminix but canceled a few days in advance after deciding to get another quote. After canceling the service I was subjected to a badgering phone call followed by a pages long text message out of the blue a few days later. Would give them zero if I could! Had them come out to do a wildlife inspection for the nest that was found during the general inspection. The guy told me not only was there a nest w/eggs but there were rodent droppings as well. He recommended a whole home exclusion ($1100). I had another company come and give me a second quote... they found eggs and a nest that was sprayed with insulation and eggs that were completely dried out.... meaning they were there since the time the house was built... 20
