I am very pleased with the service I receive. They are very professional in their attire, not sloppy. I like the texts letting me know they are on the way and when they are done. They are on time. I like that they are so friendly and make me feel at ease. They are thorough and efficient.

Stephen was great. Answered all my questions. Always on time and courteous. Takes care of any issues. Stephen did a great job. He sprayed and dusted all areas needed.

We’ve been using their service for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. Stephen came by today for our regular maintenance, and as always, the experience was excellent. The team is consistently polite, attentive, and easy to work with. They actually listen to what we need and follow through. We have dogs and edible garden that requires attention to detail, and they nailed it every time. Most importantly, their service works. Thanks to them, we’ve had little to no issues with scorpions or other pests around the house. Reliable, professional, and effective!highly recommended.

Edit #3 - Mike showed a lot of concern about making sure I was pleased with the service and sent another guy out to do a more thorough job. So, while I’ve had some issues with Firehouse they do seem to care about doing a good job and making things right if they don’t. Going to do a final 3 star since I have had some issues but they were willing to rectify them. Edit #2 - Had another service today and the guy Mason wasn’t nearly as thorough as the Riley guy from a few months ago. Pretty disappointed he spent about 10 minutes total actually working in my yard and even the area I specifically pointed out wasn’t treated nearly as well as Riley handled the whole backyard previously, let alone Mason not even touching the south or west side of the house and walls with dust or anything. The receipt even shows them doing things indoors when nothing was done indoors (not sure if this was a generic receipt or trying to pad work done that actually wasn’t). I also got double charged and had scheduling mixups done by the office, although they did say I will get reimbursed for one of my charges and eventually the scheduling issue got straightened out. Not impressed. Edit - I was contacted by the owner who rectified the website info quickly and also did his best to make the situation right which is appreciated. 5 stars for Riley's service, he was very good about explaining the whole process and definitely did a 5 star job. But, I am reducing 2 stars for false advertising on their website regarding their scorpion control. The website states the following under their scorpion control section that they do not actually perform as described in the wording: "Sealing Entry Points: Scorpions can squeeze through tiny cracks and gaps around windows, doors, and foundation walls. Our technicians will identify and seal potential entry points to prevent scorpions from getting inside your home." When confirming my appointment the person on the phone, and Riley once he arrived, said they do not actually seal windows and foundation walls, but just dust in certain areas and in front of door entries. This is quite different from what is listed on the site, which is what attracted me to contact them in the first place. As a result of this I feel misled and somewhat tricked into signing on with Firehouse as scorpions are the main problem I'm having and that specfiic entry on the website is what prompted me to call in the first place, expecting that they would seal up everything. This doesn't match with their focus on integrity in my opinion. Not sure if it was intentional or just an accident, or maybe a service they used to provide and never updated their website. Regardless, I wasn't pleased to learn, after already signing up with them through contract, that they don't actually do the sealing as listed on the site.

Don’t recommend this company. Came and sprayed for bed bug treatment and after inspection I notified them they missed a lot of areas where I spotted a majority of the bugs and they just completely blew it off and guess what :) the bugs were back within a day which is funny because they assure you that the spraying works and can kill for 45 days which is a complete total lie lol and all of this because they refused to simply re spray. Guy was literally in and out of the house almost like a regular routine pest service. Don’t recommend.

Colten was very early. He visited our home before and got right to work. Since we don't have any problems inside, he only does the outside. Which makes it great for us to sit out side and not have to worry about creepy stuff 😬.

We were in need of pest control asap! We contacted Firehouse and were scheduled immediately. Andrew, our technician was very professional. He was in constant communication with me on his arrival time and was able to explain what services we needed quickly. Even better, Andrew was able to treat the property before leaving since they use pet safe treatments! Thank you Andrew for your help today and being good with our pup! Colten did a great job being as though as possible in the inspection.

We went through 5 estimates, and Firehouse Pest was one of our least favorites. This estimate is coming after we've treated our house for termites and have seen photos. 1. Tech came and was very rude. I told him I had to leave, but please talk to my husband upstairs after the inspection was done. The tech talked briefly to my husband during the inspection and then left unannounced. He was not professional from the moment he entered the door and when he left. Nina, who is great at following up, stated that he had tried to text me. However, I never received the text and I had already told him I was not home and to talk to my husband. 2. Treatment plan - we ultimately went with another company. When comparing pricing and treatment, Firehouse was a little more expensive and their treatment was less thorough than the company we went with! That sold it for us. If there are things that one company caught and this one didn't, then I'm hesitant to hire them. It wasn't an over-charge or over-treat either! We saw all the tubes where Firehouse Pest didn't. 3. We weren't given a time frame of when the tech would come. We selected a specific time. Tech came 15 minutes late and didn't apologize. We didn't receive a call that he would be running late. It seems like a small issue, but if me or my husband were 15 minutes late to our job (hearing), a judge would sanction us.

We are very pleased with Firehouse Pest Control, they are always very prompt. Chris was kind, efficient and very attentive. He was very sure to cover everything and check with us. Thank you very much! Highly recommend !!
