That I only agreed to the initial service. Denise told me she would send me the agreement but that if I didn’t pay it would go to collections. My experience was terrible. Would NOT recommend. Apparently they’re scared of doing their job, had a “tech” come to my house, told him the issues and neither issue was taken care of. Also he left without saying a word to me, so yeah if you have any type of rodent problem.. DO NOT call orkin. I was about to be a new customer. The lady on the phone lied to me about there being no contract. She said there is a service agreement that is allowed to be cancelled with 30 days which sounded ok.
